I couldn't ask for anything more. I drove down from North Dakota, and walked-in for an oil change.

They did the oil change and sent me photos of the codes currently on my vehicle. All in all, took about 28 minutes. They called upon completing and explained to me the issues.

It was my fault for bringing my dog, but during my oil change I was simply able to walk my dog and grab a coffee from Bobby and Steve's Convenient store across the street.

I had problmes with my starter, they got it fixed next day, no problem. Then not five days later it wouldn't start again. They towed it for free since they thought it was a warranty issue, but it was the battery. Something was upside down or something. They got it fixed same day. They helped a lot, and it makes my life easier now that I have my car back.

I have been to Bobby and Steve’s a few times now for different repairs after they were recommended to me by my brother who is a mechanic. I have always found customer service and communication to be exceptional and that they are transparent about cost, timing, etc. Unfortunately I had a pretty significant oil leak which caused other issues after bringing my car to another shop for an oil change. The crew at Bobby and Steve’s did a great job with getting my car fixed up and helping in any way they could which was such a relief. I will be taking my car to Bobby and Steve’s for all car maintenance from now on so that I can feel assured that things are being done correctly. Had to stop for an oil change and knew from bringing my husband's car their before I needed no appointment so I just popped in with my 5 1/2 month old blue nose bully not knowing if I was going to be able to let her wait inside with her or have to have her outside and it was chilly a evening, well no worries as they totally allowed her in. Major points for that !!!! I was told a about a 45 minute which was off I waited only about 30 minutes so great service and promised time. Oil change under 23 bucks... Totally recommend these guys.

Worked with Vince and Diego on my Nissan Altima that I recently bought from a used dealership. Troubleshoot all issues, replaced my computer, and even covered me quickly when I returned it. Also were in the middle of maintaining a 2004 Ford Focus, which was the vehicle I earned my sobriety coin in. It's a mess but they treat it like it's brand new. Any difficulties I've had within the 5 cars / 10 years I've been using Bobby and Steves have been resolved with ease. Well worth the labor costs! See you guys again soon! - Travis

David met me when I came in and this location was backed up with orders till closing time, with at least 3 hours of work to do ahead of them. There was no expectation that my car would be able to get in. But because I was stranded, David and his team were so incredibly generous and pulled me in while they multitasked all the other cars they were handling. It saved my night and my situation from just being completely stuck. It was so compassionate, and SO so so appreciated! David is good people and so are his teammates, I think you will get a lot of soul and care from the people that are working here. They should all be recognized for their kindness and generosity it truly truly saved my night. Thank you so much again!!

I had very great customer service from Vince. He went out of his way to help me with my car when coming into for an oil change. Thank you Vince for taking care of me and providing the best customer service during my visit. You not only delivered great customer service but you helped me especially with payment options to pay for the services in a comfortable way.

The price was only slightly higher than expected, but I've gotta say they were very professional and timely! I was impressed. I've gone to other places that charge the same rate with nowhere near the same service. They got my oil changed and tires rotated in just short of an hour! I would recommend and come back again.

Vince was great and went out of his way to acquire the most reasonably priced replacement part he could find for me. It ended up being a lot cheaper compared to other quotes I received from auto shops. He and his team also took a look at my car and gave an honest opinion on what did and didn’t need to get done at the time, rather than the classic “these 10 things should get updated” shpeal you normally hear. I brought my 2008 Hyundai Azera in for a new heater core. Not only did they do an amazing job in a timely manner but they were about average on pricing. I will definitely use them again.

I'm happy with my experience! I took a car in for a pre-purchase inspection, without an appointment, and they helped me right away (of course, it's preferable to make appointments rather than do walk-ins). I ended up purchasing the same car from the dealer after the inspection; the next day, they were able to get me in for an appointment for some deferred maintenance (tires, suspension components, and transmission service). I plan on coming back in the future!

I have used B&S at several locations. For a couple different issues from minor to major.. the last was for full size Super Duty truck that the others couldn’t work on given it was in a certain weight class. So I needed to take it to Columbia Heights. I felt that all have been honest, professional and courteous to me and my needs. Ive had better luck with them from tires to repairs than anyone else.

Vince was great!! He was super patient, informational on what my car needed now and what could wait, very honest with price and time frame in which it would take to fix my car. He even went the extra mile for us in a time of need. I will never forget his hospitality and would highly recommend this place if any auto work needs to be done.

When every other "24 Hour Locksmith" doesn't answer the phone at 1am, or asks you to make an appointment in the morning.... These guys were here with 30 minutes, and got me back into my car withing 5 minutes. Don't even bother with the others when you are a dolt like me, and lock your keys in your car. Absolute legends!

Was advised to come in early on a Saturday to be seen for a check engine light and get an oil change. I was the first one in the shop and they immediately took my car back. They changed the oil and ran a diagnostic. They didn't find anything wrong and told me to come back if the light came back on. I was impressed with the speed and professionalism. As a woman, you always worry that you might end up paying for an unnecessary repair. I have been coming here for a year now, and I trust the people at this shop.

No matter what i have going on with my vehicle, they are always open, honest, and upfront about everything. No games or B.S., just straight talk. Not only that, but their prices are more than fair, their work is top notch, and if there are ever any issues they rectify the situation with haste! All my experiences as a customer at Bobby and Steve's Auto World surpass any other car repair service I have ever used.They are friendly, efficient. diligent, no BS, total pros. Call you back when they say they will. High standard of customer care, whether it is the owner, a mechanic. or order writer. They clearly explain what the job entails, don't keep you on hold or dance around when they estimate your car will be ready. I have had superlative service and phone calls and in person conversations with everyone from the owner on down. Best of the Twin Cities and I would say tops in the midwest, maybe more.

I returned because I had a transmission fluid change and the fluid was low. They filled it up and then I got a screw in tire leaving, they fixed it. When I left the van was making a high pitch whining noise I thought it was mg transmission from the low fluid. I feel bad because it wasnt , it was my alternator. But they deserve a little shout out. The 4 gentlemen that were there on Sunday Sept 5th. Thank you all.
