Me and my wife recently visited Macy’s at Stonehenge mall and Finally she got her choice dress from fara she helped us so much in dress department we loved her customer service.

I went to the one in Pleasanton, CA. Macy's Backstage, which is a separate section within the store, has a lot of good deals on great merchandise, even with rising inflation. It's an excellent one-stop shop for holiday gifts. You can find clothing, shoes, beauty products, fragrances, luggage, and household and pet items. The store is well organized, and the staff are helpful, friendly, and courteous.

Julia from Women's Macy's was very friendly and not pushy at all while I was looking at jewelry for the lady. She told what they got and what was on special. Great person to go to while getting helped for some bling.

The Sunglass Hut in Women's Macy's was nice they were very friendly. Sal and Naomi weren't pushy and were good help on telling what are the hottest sellers and which ones are on special. Great staff.

Very nice pleasant Macy’s. Wide variety of selection, very large, helpful staff, huge selection of brands and clothes. Also a very good selection of jewelry. The Macys app is also amazing and very good.

My first time going to Macy's in a long long time. Store is nice , well lit and everything is easy to find. I was very satisfied with the customer service. I will probably go again.

I came to stoneridge mall to buy some clothes for a party and I went to Men’s Polo section and the representative who’s name was Pari helped me out a lot. She was very professional, respectful and attentive. She had a smile on her face and helped me with suggestions and my wife loved everything I bought! Not only did she help me at Polo but she also helped me at the suits section. I definitely recommend everyone going to her if you ever need help and want really good and professional service. I visited the tuxedo shop inside this Macy's to retrieve my delivered order for to participate in my sister and her now husband's wedding party. I lived in southern California at the time so I had my measurements recorded down there and picked my suit up on the way to the event. The staff was energetic and happy, calling in help as needed since it seemed to be a peak pick-up hour that day. My suit fit was perfect as delivered and I enjoyed the friendly antics between staff and members of various wedding parties all crashing the pickup line at once!

I picked up shoes my daughter brought for me. I liked this Macy's. The only problem I had was I wanted to exchange my shoes for a six and it was only one shoe in the box when I opened it. And no one could find the other shoe? This is a problem at Macy's.

Macy's in Stone ridge Mall has by far the most attentive associates in their fragrance section. I found Macy's associate Anna to be pleasant and informative in helping me find the perfect mens fragrance gift box for my uncle and
overall a wonderful shopping experience.

Love The Macy's in Stoneridge Mall. They have a whole section for Plus Size Women

This is the best branch I've been in where the employees say hi and are very welcoming. I have not been to other Macy's branch where their customer service was like this..normally I get ignored and never got any help to get a merchandise. I normally had to find a worker and ask myself. This Macy's location is very well organized, clean, and able to social distance since they have a great set up. I will definitely be back

Very well maintained , lots of brands n choices for stylish clothes though its better if you can wait for sale.

Pari exhibited exceptional service by personally taking to the specific items I was looking for and I ended up buying several o the items I needed.

This is my 2nd favorite Macy's. Great women's department. Organized, great selection and large. It can be busy in all departments but not so crowded that you feel like people are into of you.

Gave me a free ring box for my antique heirloom engagement ring. Proposed the next day, she said yes! Thank you, to the kind lady at the jewelry department, for making this happen 🙏🏻

I have recently been to Macy’s at Stoneridge mall to buy a housewarming gift for my friends family. They do have very good collection of home needs. Vaishally who is one of the employees, was been very nice with suggesting the products and With checkout coupons.
