Ross Dress for Less

Line was pretty long. I didn’t realize it was Tuesday (senior discount day) but that didn’t stop the quick customer service. It was actually quite impressive. Tons of variety left me spoiled for choice. The ongoing sales were a delightful surprise, making it even more worthwhile. Plus, the checkout area stocked with snacks and goodies was a thoughtful touch. Will definitely be returning for more retail therapy!

We like the size of the store and the selection of shoes for kids

So much to see with the best prices. Needed a fall zip- up sweater and dog stuff. Was able to get both in one store. Plus more things to decorate for the holidays.

Needs to update their fashion for men shoes 13 and up and styles in clothing 🧦 socks long detailed kind, men's underwear 🩳 not enough selection XXL(AEROPOSTALE, PSD,) etc.

The best Ross I have been to so far! Always clean, super fast check out, friendly employees, 5 star service! Excellent Customer service! I had an issue and they went above and beyond to help me out. Even helped me with carrying an item out since I am disabled. Great stire!

Favorite place to go .. we check out what they have at least once a week. And they are open till 1230a .. found some guess slides for $0.49 last week . I was too excited!!! 😂😂😂😂🥰🥰

The store itself is nice, well stocked. I always find what I need. My only complaint would be that some of the cashiers are pretty cut and dry. They don't smile or make eye contact and some look miserable like they hate their job.

I also work with the public and if I treated our customers the way some of your cashiers do here, I don't think I would have a job any longer.

Please train your people to at least be polite.

Awesome store to shop at and get good deals. This new guy, I believe his name is Jai'Shawn. He is one of the sweetest people I've ever met. Good customer service, good attitude, good communication skills. You can tell the young man was raised correctly. Give him a raise! Good job!

Excellent products at a low price

I'm personally not fond of in-store shopping ... Prefer online as a rule; but I'll go here for the great bargains always! Never too crowded, but definitely a popular spot. It's a do it yourself shopping experience, but I find staff to be responsive and helpful.

I always come out of Ross looking MAD FRESH; for this particular trip, I had help from a good friend of mine💯

When I want success I go to Ross for Less. Seriously. They have some really nice clothes and bargains and deals at this fine location in Pasadena, California. It's not just for people who cannot afford things Ross for Less is for everyone!

I came in the Saturday before Father's Day - the cashiers at this location are SUPER FAST. The line was very long (down the middle aisle). I was at the register within 8 mins and I'm positive there were at least 30 people in front of me.

My son helped me picked out an outfit for Mother's Day. It was a treat. There was a lot to look at. Good prices. I enjoyed myself.

My return process went smoothly. I walked in and had no idea where to go but the security guard was so friendly and told me where to go and let me leave my products behind the counter while I went and found other items to exchange.

Ross has so much stuff, so many options... Some might find it a tad overwhelming, but I rarely go in there and come back out without what I went in there for. And if I'm in a shopping mood, which I usually am, I also score a fun treat like a cute pair of shoes, a handsomely priced dress or blouse, or something dainty for my place. During the holidays there are even more fun things to select from for gifts. Extra bonus: they close super late most of the time!
