She helped me get out some important items. The store is beautiful and smells great cause there’s an Italian restaurant next door! Yum!

Hands-down, the best UPS store I have ever been to. I was helped by Tyrique who was incredibly helpful kind, and patient with me with all of my returns and boxing needs. In comparison to a lot of service, I have received that other UPS, this was amazing and the employees were phenomenal.

If you go to the UPS store, make sure to ask for Marcus. He was very attentive and detail oriented. He explained to me the different options and ancillary services available to the customers. You can't go wrong with the UPS at the Village in Woodland Hills.

The UPS infrastructure for shipping anything fragile or valuable is complete nonsense. The staff here is courteous, professional and patient. UPS gains the big bucks while these guys and drivers do the hard work. I had to pack and ship an item, Matt was very kind and helpful in the process.

Absolutely Amazing team @ this location. Always so accommodating and most of all patient. You find yourself going into these places semi confused … but they sure do help ease things up for you. I’ll see you soon UPS STORE. my wife likes to have me stop by quite often to drop off all the Amazon returns here. GREAT location to keep in mind.

I would like to take this time to thank you for all the help you have given me over the years. The many calls I made to the UPS Store for help and advice. The employees there, like Marta and others were always willing to help. Whenever I went into the UPS Store to pickup my mail or to take care of business, the staff was always helpful whether it was for some printing needs, office supply and much much more. I will never forget the time The UPS Store went above and beyond to help my son (who is legally blind) with his faxing needs "Thank You" everyone at The UPS Store, keep up the good work.

BEST UPS STORE EVER! I had a box here for years but have recently moved. The people that work here are always in a good mood. That tells you a lot!

They are always friendly, efficient and competent. One time I shipped a package overnight with UPS but it didn't get there overnight. Leslie, one of the owners, went to bat for me and got my money refunded as well as making sure the package was tracked and delivered. She took great care of me!

Additionally, they find little ways to go above and beyond. I haven't had my box there for almost 6 months because I moved, but I got an important letter from the DMV. Instead of just sending it back, they called me and sent it to me. And I'm not even their customer any more. They simply care about customers and service.

I HIGHLY recommend getting a box here and using them for notary and mailing/shipping services.

This UPS Store is so important to our area, the staff are professional and super friendly, it is a one stop shop, love the place!
I know they are moving to the front of the village, and I am hoping there will be enough parking as the parking can be limited in the front and I will not park and walk all the way through the mall to get to it.
I have been going to the original location for as long as it has been there, and very popular in the area.

This store is a neighborhood gem, offering all kinds of indispensable services with the most courteous, prompt and professional service. The owner runs a tight ship with a knowledgable, respectful staff that values customer service above all else. We don't know what we'd do without Esmeralda's personal touch!

I had a mailbox with them for many years and had all my packages delivered there. They were always on point, so much so that now, even though I get stuff delivered to home or work, I still go to this store any time I have a shipping need. They're the best. Especially Matt, who I think is the manager.

Hi the new UPS store in Woodland Hills at 6320 Topanga Canyon Blvd. is awesome. You can have a mailbox there so professional efficient friendly and courteous. They have spots for your mailbox very proficient at getting your mail to you in a timely manner I have been with them for 10 years and it’s awesome. They do faxing and copying. They can box and ship for you. They notarize documents and literally no waiting ever practically. They also have supplies if your need for a last-minute birthday card or packaging or tape.

This store made it so easy for me to ship out my boxes not to mention they went above and beyond for me. I had called just a few minutes before closing and instead of telling me to go to another store they offered to stay open for me. I thought that so thoughtful and really saved me an extra trip.

My experiences with the UPS Store has ALWAYS been professional, courteous service. My needs have been taken care satisfactory whenever I use it. I would recommend the UPS Store for the A-1 services it provides.

This UPS Store helps me with all of my deliveries. the staff is helpful, and the items I need are at hand. The only problem is that it is a popular UPS Store. They need more parking. Other than that, they are great.

The UPS Store is a great place for all of your Business needs. The employees are very knowledgeable and are always eager to help . The Owner Leslie is one of the nicest and kind hearted people that I have ever met . She go above and beyond to help everyone . Leslie has helped me with all of my Business material. She is very professional and above all she is willing to go that extra mile to make sure that you are taken care of .

There's a UPS store much closer to my home - but I will travel the extra distance to come here. The staff are incredibly nice; even when it's busy, I feel taken care of. They gladly print out labels I email to them, and basically just deal with all my UPS shipping needs in an efficient and fuss-free way.

I love doing my sending and returns there. The clerks are very helpful and friendly. I've only had two bad experiences with clerks; one in woodland hills, a man, (not at all friendly, and ignoring me), and a man in Oceanside, who was surly and very rude. 99% of my experiences have been at the store on Topanga/Victory in Woodland Hills, and it's great!

Adam helped me with dropping off a router and even printed out a small shipping label at no extra cost. The package was also not taped or anything and he took care of it. Great location and service, recommend. Thanks Adam!

I always have a pleasant experience; I'm usually "In & Out" quickly. Once I needed something printed for a return; the young lady got creative to assist me in doing so. Also the staff is very helpful.
