I have been working with James to resolve an issue with my a/c. He was fantastic to work with. He took the time to show and explain what the culprit was that was causing the issue. James kept me up to date with the order status of the replacement part and scheduled a time to come in when the part arrived. My a/c is now working incredibly well. I could not be more pleased with my experience with St George Auto Gallery Service.

Teresa and Ashley were great with service on my truck. they areawesome. they need a raise. they are always friendly and helpful everytime I come in.

All I really did there was get my tag renewed for my pickup. But they were very nice to me and so I would give them five stars

We were driving home from our trip in California and our wonderful reliable elderly van decided she was done(in Las Vegas). We somehow made it to st George by a miracle and became stranded. I hurried and googled vans and found this place. They had a nice white Honda odyssey. We went in and had zero pressure to decide what to do. We were able to test drive the van in our own, and really talk about what to do. It took us a day to gather the money and decide, still no pressure! We were impressed with the final cost. No hidden fees except a very small one. This is a super big deal! Many places charge tons of extra fees! We bought the van and drove it the rest of the way home. They even bought our dead van from us! So far so good on our van, we love it! Thanks for saving us in such a bad situation!!! I actually feel like this place was a blessing😊

St George Auto Gallery Service will exceed expectations as they did in our case..

We broke down on a Friday night, I called Saturday morning and was told to bring our Suburban in. We got there, we told them our issue and they were able to start looking into the problem. I have a car warranty service that was able to cover most of the bill

I believe the technician was Daniel. He did an outstanding job. Once he looked at it and diagnosed the problem, he brought me out there to show me what he found. He also mentioned that we were lucky, if we would have continued that wheel would have fallen off. Trust me, when I saw all the issues, he was right. On a side note, I am also a mechanic.

The repair was going to take a few hours. The manager mentioned why not see a movie. We didn't have to call for an Uber, one of the other techs volunteered to take us there! Once the movie was over and we were eating lunch, the shop called saying that the Suburban was fixed. The same young man came back to pick us up.

Once back, the tech went over what he found and showed us the parts where the failure happened. They ordered one part they thought could be bad. They didn't have to use it.

To me St George Auto Gallery Service has the upmost integrity when it come to servicing all your vehicles. This alone separates them from other places.

Rest assured, I am POSITIVE you will have the same experience.

Travis and the guys in the front desk were amazing. They gave me options and allowed me to choose the best according to my budget. I was able to achieved what I wanted when I went to have them look on my daughter's vehicle. I highly recommend their service.

Offered a free look over and do a quick quote, were honest and open about prices before service. Were fast and kind and my car sounds great! Thank you so much!

We were on vacation in St George and noticed a bad rattling coming from the front suspension. I stopped in on a Saturday and they were able to get me in quick and take a look. They discovered work that was just done at another shop on the struts was done improperly. They got the parts and fixed it up great. Darrell even sent me a message a few days later making sure we made it home ok and the work they had done was still good. These guys really care about their customers and do excellent work.

I called this place off a recommendation from my Dad. I have a Volvo and it can be hard sometimes to find someone good to work on it in town. My car was going into "reduced performance" mode and needed a diagnosis. I called on a late Friday afternoon and they were able to get me in Tuesday morning. Faster than most!

After initially dropping it off, they were having computer problems and couldn't diagnose it as fast as they wanted. I knew I'd have to rent a car while mine was fixed so I went ahead and did that. The lady at the front-office, Ali, was incredibly nice and communicative through the whole process. Once they diagnosed the problem, she walked me through the problem and what they'd have to do to fix it. It took a couple days for them to get the parts and make the fix, but Ali was incredibly communicative through the whole process, calling me each day and giving me an update and answering any questions.

I've had my car back for over a week now and have had zero issues. I'll definitely be coming back here now for all regular service and maintenance needs. A much better experience than most places I've visited in town for foreign cars.

I have already left a 5 star review but need to update! The service manager Darrel here is truly a god send. I had such a hard time with my VW Tiguan… needed a whole new engine. (Luck of the draw) It was such a stressful situation but Darrel took over and his transparency and full communication took away so many headaches. He went above and beyond to make sure my new purchase was in tip top shape. If the actual owner is reading this review… do whatever you can to make sure you never lose this man because you don’t get employees like him everyday.
Teresa at the front desk is also such a sweetheart! I would highly recommend this service department to anyone needing honest work done. Thank you again Darrel and Teresa.

Jay is literally the best service writer I have ever had to work with. He gets the job done and stays in communication with you throughout the process. Car problems are super stressful but this service shop relieves it the best they can. Thanks guys!

Incredible staff and customer service. Justin and his team were tremendous in helping me get into the right vehicle at a great price. They were friendly, courteous, and not pushy at all. Not only did I leave with a great Jeep, but I got great financing and an extended warranty. The team at St George Auto Gallery are top notch, have a great selection of vehicles and even do service on site. It was the easiest vehicle buying experience I've ever had. Couldn't be happier!

I just want to say how much I appreciate Marshall that is in the service department talk about going above and beyond for their customers. I do not care what anybody says Saint George auto is a wonderful place if there's something wrong with the car you just have to talk to them. The battery had died in the loaner car and I would needed to get to my kid's gymnastics and I needed to go pick up medication because I was sick that's vital to my health. I called and it was almost closing time and Marshall came and brought me another loner car diagnosed the car fixed it for me and gave me back The same night. I was able to get my kids off to gymnastics on time and I was able to pick up my medications then he stayed late to fix the original car I was using. Marshall didn't have to do that but he stayed I think like 2 or 3 hrs later to make sure me and my kids were taken
care of. Thank you so much your a good man. The owner Jared is a good man he is a good person and he does good business He's a very honest and man of his word. I have and e bought two cars from them and they have honored all their promises. Thank you guys. I'm a customer for life.

I would like to leave a review for Tresa skidmore. She is amazing! She was so kind and helpful! We have been in a few times to have our cars fixed. She helped us and helped things go smoothly She knows how to help and relate to people. We are so thankful for her! I would come back to get things fixed if if l knew she would be helping us!

In the past, I have used this auto service center for several reasons, none of which were good experiences. This time there was new management and I felt as though I was in a different shop!! Ken was EXTREMELY nice, understanding, professional, and got me fixed up quickly. It was for a car I had purchased less than a week ago and it was due to my other one breaking down that i went and got another vehicle, so i was all kinds of stressed!! Ken saved my week! I was hesitant to take my old car to this place to have fixed, but after the most recent experience, I can't imagine anywhere else I would want to take it!! Ken, thank you thank you thank you again!!!! You and your team nailed it!! 👏

Great service! Very friendly and they have been checking in to make sure my car doesn’t have any more reoccurring problems. They always ensure communication and they do great work

I love these guys. I bought a Toyota Camry here about 6 months ago. I haven't bought a lot of vehicles, but I had expected to feel like I was paying to much for what I got and regret my life choices and that is not the experience I had at all. The price I paid was very comparable to what I had researched and the sales team was amazing. I've had both of our vehicles in for oil changes or routine service since we made our purchase and I love them. The sales team is really friendly and low pressure and the service department is amazing. I just genuinely like the staff. Good people and great service.

I was down in Saint George last weekend for fall break when my truck decided to act up. These guys took a look at it and fixed it that same day. Teresa even stayed after close and waited for me so that I could grab my keys. Very happy with it all!

St. George Auto was fantastic. I was down there for a softball tournament when my car broke down. They helped us get it towed and fixed quickly so we could be on our way. They were very friendly and helpful. They made a frustrating situation easy to deal with. They even called us a couple days later to make sure everything was working ok.

This place took my car in on a days notice knowing that I was going to be taking it across country to Pennsylvania. They ordered in my water pump and while the water pump was being replaced they replaced my timing belt and gears. They knew I was on a time crunch. They were very professional, on time, 100% recommend this place. Just to let you know how good of a job they did, I am writing this from Pennsylvania. I felt safe and secure. Huge thanks to the crew here.
