Banana Republic Factory Store

Love the clothing they have here. It’s gotten expensive, though I understand why since they’ve moved into the “Safari” theme on their website, so the store has been updated which is nice. Employees are very nice, and there is a lot to choose from at this store. You can find lots of quality clothing that could be for work or just convenient/modest clothing for out and about. Very well cleaned and maintained store as well.

We got great experience and will be coming back because of Sales Assistant we met. Her name is Amrisha. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and with very professional work ethic. She patiently helped us while we are in the store with all our needs. If store’s management is looking someone to promote, that should be Amrisha. Thanks.

I love Banana Republic and this factory store is top notch. They keep this store spotless and the staff are very friendly. Prices are amazing all year around. Highly recommend you check out Banana if you haven't. As for the clothes, they are very form fitting and don't have a whole lot of stretch so if you try on or purchase clothes, expect them to have a somewhat tailored fit.

Banana Republic quality and style at much lower prices

Located in the Great Mall in Milpitas. The staff is friendly and the selection is varied. It is important to note that this is a Banana Express Outlet store so the styles could be different from what you will see in regular stores - I found this out the hard way when I tried to return something I bought from a Banana Republic Store to this store and was told that I had to return to a non-outlet store.

Love the clothing. Prices were ok, but not as cheap as other outlets. I guess there wasn't enough clearance when I was there. Still, I found a few good deals. Staff was very polite and helpful. Would definitely shop there again.

I've been to Banana Republics East to West Coast, never a bad experience. The store was very clean, neat and organized. And in true COVID-19 fashion hand sanitizer and the such available!

Cute and clean store nestled in the Great Mall of Milpitas. Lots of fashionable Banana Republic style attire. Clearance section, helpful staff, painless checkout experience, fitting rooms and a secure cell phone charging station. Great deals! Go visit!

Like their selection and prices are definitely much lower than the regular stores. This one had a great selection, staff was very helpful and the quality of the products is as expected from BR.

There were fantastic discounts up to 70%. So very attractive to buy from this great stores. Lot of new items and designs.

Has good collection for men. Women's basics is not good. Prefer Uniqlo for basics

The customer service here is OK.could be better.the quality of the clothes is great and the discounts are great.this is definitely one of my go to stores when shopping.
