I was really impressed with the pickup order process. You get a text when your items are ready for pickup. When you are heading out, you tell them how long it will take you to arrive. Then when you arrive, you click "I'm here." You can either do curbside or pickup outside at the front of the entrance, which is great due to the limited capacity during COVID. Other companies should take note and implement this process if they haven't done so already.

Lauren is AMAZING!!! She went out of her way look up and reprint my receipt after it went missing on my way from the register to the car 🤦 She even did it all with a smile on her face and a positive attitude, when most people would have been highly annoyed with me 😂 Thank you so much, Lauren! I know you had many other important things to do than help my disorganized self! 😁 You're the BEST!!

Feb 3rd I dropped off a disposable camera to be developed. When I filled out the form it asked for my cell number, me assuming they would call when ready since OTHER Walgreens do call when photos are ready. No one was at the counter while I filled out this information at the photo section so I couldn’t ask.
2 weeks go by and no call so Today Feb 17th I went it to see if the camera had been developed. I waited for 15 mins until someone assisted me. They asked how could they help and I explained “Hi, I dropped off a camera on Feb 3rd and I haven’t received a call and the associate interrupted me saying plainly “we don’t call”. I said Okay…. She asked for my last name and gave me the photos.
To be honest she looked over worked and miserable to be there. I understand working in customer service is an absolute draining experience, but for the nice guests who mean well it’s not a pleasant experience. I hope this Walgreens finds an incentive for their associates to be happier.
