It was my first time coming to this cricket store and so glad I did! My brother and I went to switch over from AT&T and T-Mobile to Cricket and upon entering a staff member was cleaning the countertop and sanitizing. Which says a lot than most stores haha. Staff were very friendly, helpful and patient. We really felt comfortable. They helped us very professionally and gave us all the options they had. Great store. Will come back for anything we may need in the future!

The sales lady at Cricket Wireless was very informative on the phone which brought me into the store. Her customer service was excellent. She hooked me up!! I upgraded my phone she even synced my apple watch & I'm very pleased!!!! ❤❤🤗

Clarissa was wonderful and amazing. She was very patient and helped me to upgrade my wife's iphone. Since I didn't have the old phone with me I had a slight problem when I got home. I called her and she immediately answered all my questions and stayed on the phone with me as I completed the setup of the new phone. She is a credit to the company and I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs to visit a cricket wireless store.

Jonathan the manager was extremely professional and very pleasant. He did not laugh at my dinosaur old phone but inserted a sim card in my new phone, transferred my old number and showed me how to set up my new voice mail. He is an asset to the company.
