Shout out to Joanna the manager at this location for going the extra mile to get a coupon activated at point of sale.

I found a clipping in the newspaper for a deal on blueberries. When the discount didn’t go through on the register, Joanna looked up the coupon and was able to find that indeed, it should’ve been activated. She was able to apply the discount and quickly resolve the problem!

Extra friendly customer service, something we’ve lost today. Glad to see it is still present here!

This review is for Chelsea in the deli - 10/10 - I pre-ordered a week in advance a Ham and Turkey and received a confirmation email online. It was set to pickup today at 10am. When I called today at noon to ask about the status, she said my name was not found and the order was also not found. Mind you, today is the day before thanksgiving, so I was worried I would not be able to get my order due to an error in their system. She explained although my order was not shown, she would honor it and could take my order and she'd have it ready today. Words cannot express how thankful I am right now. Thanksgiving season must be hectic for her but she made it happen - Chelsea you are amazing, thank you!

I love this place! When you walk into the store, the produce really sets the tone! Absolutely beautiful!

Update: Thank you for changing whatever was making your employees so unhappy. It's been more pleasant to shop there. (Changing to 5☆)

Feb.2023 This location has become sooo unfriendly with customers, with the exception of a couple of veteran employees. But even they don't look as happy as they always were. I blame management and training 100%. Something has really change here, and shopping here is no longer the friendly enjoyable experience it was a few years ago, even a year ago. The employees are fine talking amongst themselves, just awful with customers. What happened??????

LThis store is huge they got everything. Love going to the store because it’s so big there’s a lot of stuff to choose from you could get lost if you’re not careful. Just kidding though.

It’s my favorite one! They have everything so organized. Their produce & fruit department is fresh no matter the time of day. I’ve been there all kinds of hours because of my work schedule. Ohh yeah they have the grapes i love aside from Costco it’s the only other place I’ve been able to find them. “Cotton Candy Grapes” Overall great place to shop .

When I first went to Ralphs I didn't know where to start from. This place is very huge and they have really great high quality product and freshness. They have everything that you need, and they have specials. The staff is super friendly and polite. When you try to find something and you cannot find it they take you to find the product . I think that is really nice that they take time to help you find it. I have try different things and I been extremely happy because they taste very delicious, and the flavor is amazing. When it comes to finding things you need at home they have a big section you can choose from.

This is a large newer Market that has everything your looking for. Lots of parking is available. There are tables there to sit down and eat at if desired. If you can't find the item you're looking for at other Markets, check out this Market. I found Evolution Apple Juice there but could not find it any at other Markets. There are also selections of Housewares, cooking utensils, Plates and Silverware here of good quality. The aisles are large and uncrowded with stuff that you are not looking for like some other Markets have. The Market itself is on the second floor above the Parking and it has a unique Escalator that takes your Shopping Cart down for you safely. If interested there is a large Kosher section in the right corner of the store. Highly recommended.

This is probably the nicest Ralph’s I’ve been too. Nice to live down the street, I can walk here whenever I need something. The employees have been nice so far and the store is pretty big itself. Nice that they have a parking garage since it’s a pretty busy area. Has the usual hot foods, produce, grocery store items, etc... I wouldn’t recommend getting from the salad bar, doesn’t seem as fresh.

LOVE the fact it has various kind of food from different countries, organic to various healthy food. Deli section is AWESOME!!! The store is ALWAYS clean, employees are so friendly &efficient! The parking is AWESOME! Just LOVE coming here in the morning do errands & to top that, they have Starbucks!!!

Wonderful upgrade! I was not a fan of Rouse before this store came out. But this location has everything. Great sushi great deli kosher food and great kitchen utensils at a discounted rate. The staff is always friendly and helpful here. The only saying I would give it 4 stars on is the flower department. And that's not enough to bring down the whole review.

Love, love this Ralph's. Excellent selection, super friendly staff, easy to park on either lower level and then get to/from store, huge Kosher section, clean... and so much more. Finally, after 20 years without an excellent grocery store in my neighborhood, this new Ralph's is just what I was waiting for 😀
