The store is clean, well stocked and managed. I have only been there a few times. I had to ask an employee to direct me to what I was looking for and they told me exactly where I would find it. Everyone I encountered, fellow customers and employees were pleasant. It's just a happy place!

Very clean and well-stocked store. i recently went to buy fabric marker pens and saw no line and friendly employees. Sufficient off-street parking exists in the store’s parking lot.

Everytime ive gone, I've been fortunate to find something different. i didn't know i needed I've put those newly found items to great use. Ive also found better items than what I was expecting .

It's Christmas time so things are a little messy right now, however, this location never fails to have what we need. I love the customer service here. Take your time at the store and really browse. You will be pleasantly surprised

I love this location, the Glendale location not so much... the store is very neat and the staff always goes out of their way to help the customers. There's this employee with blue hair that takes her time with customers that need help with their apps and rewards everytime, I've had nothing but great experiences at this michaels location.

Great arts and crafts store. Helpful employee showed me the isle where the items I was looking for kept. Found what I wanted, in and out of the store in 10 minutes.

Went to Michael's to purchase picture frames. Clean , easy to browse through the different selections I was interested in.

Great store and lots to choose from, with great prices, help if needed and friendly service.

Picked up an online order and that was quick. Staff were friendly. Walked around the store for a bit to get inspiration and they had a huge selection.

The staff here is very nice and knowledgeable and can help yoi find anything you are looking for. The stire is also organized and clean. They used to offer public restrooms but now they do not.

The manager was very helpful and took care of me. I'll definitely be back.

Michael's has a terrific gift & craft selection, and all of it very well organized.
The day I was there nearly every aisle featured additional, significant discounts on seasonal purchases with volumes of items to choose from - ceramic, wooden, glass, and metal. I also applied for a Michael's credit card, and received an additional discount lowering my total expense that day by almost 40%!!
It's a good time of year to visit Michael's!!!

Prices can be a tad high but that's expected. Coupons are a good idea.

Self check out was available so it was easy and there's also pickup.

Whenever i need art supplies this is my go to place.they always have some pretty cool stuff around the holidays and everything you need to make stuff for all you craft ppl
