Walmart Supercenter

What good would it be to visit Henry County and not rest at the New Castle Walmart. They have a great sunset view. I don’t know why I’m so fascinated with Walmart’s. I guess it’s because I love shopping at them and seeing the different designs they have across the country. It’s good to see the people who work there too. Without them Walmart would not function. I hope they are being compensated fairly.

I am not a Walmart fan at all. The customer service sucks. Employees don't know where things are at, Will run over you with the go get in carts. Won't speak to save their head. That being said I have changed my mind about New Castle location. The cashiers are wonderful the customer service is Amazing. They know their store. It's clean, organized and for the most part it's stocked pretty good. There is a cashier that I will always go to if I see her. Pleasant, knowledgeable. Very sweet. Her name is Izzy and she has old school customer service values.

I was late getting off of work on Tuesday and I needed to order a birthday cake for my son. I went to the Walmart bakery, but sadly there were no employees to take my order. I was walking out of the store when Tom stopped me and stated he would take the order. Tom was so patient and went above and beyond to help me. I appreciate him for his kindness and the cake was perfect!

Had everything I needed. And it was late stockers were stocking.they came over the pa system 5 min till close. I was a little late everyone was still helpful and friendly.

I always find what I need at Walmart. Great staff that are willing to help anytime.

I love Walmart for all the simple items that it provides like SD cards for cheap and things of that nature but that's more or less technology becoming cheaper not the store itself having anything to do with it.

I called about availability of a mower battery. The young man who answered the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable and he put me at ease about purchasing a new battery.

Need more staff. Too many standing and texting on there phones. Cashier very friendly and so was the door greeter

I never ever leave reviews, but Jason in the customer service area needs an extra shout out!! he did an amazing job of helping me locate a receipt that I lost two months ago sending a money order to the IRS. We got the receipt and now I am stress-free. Thanks to you, Jason!!

Had a long wait but there are reasons. Because these are the best cookies, you will ever eat. So 100% worth whatever wait you might have!

I order online and pick up curbside. It's one of the greatest experiences to come from Covid.
All of the associates are always polite and friendly.
The whole curbside pickup is the BEST. ✌🏼

I love the grocery pickup feature. They always have my order ready and the longest I've ever waited was 4 minutes! Any substitutions that need to be made are always good ones. The staff are courteous and careful with delicate items like eggs & bread. Ordering online is a breeze as well. I'll definitely continue to shop this way.

I tell you this place is in a good spot for my money. I'm able to get here quick, shop, leave within 15 minutes that's great timing and good shopping. I basically know where everything is so that helps. Only thing that gets me is parking of course we (Americans) need to step up our walking game anyway. Safety concerns are minimal because they have cameras in the parking lot and drive around security.
