The staff are extremely helpful and nice. They greet you with a huge smile on their face as soon as you walk in. The place is organized, you don't have a lot of trouble finding things. If you do the staff are happy to help. A wide variety of merchandise for a wide variety of games. And anytime I need a friend I would go here because the staff are shockingly kind.

I talked to Ava on the phone she was really sweet answered any questions I had I definitely would recommend buying from them if you haven’t!

There are a lot of great people that work here. Very nice, and always has a conversation when they are not busy.

Everytime i come in here the staff is friendly and helpful, im not sure where these negative reviews come from other than the low ball offers on games and councils, which is dumb because no one else will buy your stuff back for much more anyway, atleast they give you the option if need be.

Super friendly staff, and the used game prices aren't too outrageous.
(you may wanna go across the street for controllers or other gaming peripherals though)
I've probably given waaay more money to these guys than I really wanna know.

They get a lot of bad rep but this store specifically helped me out of a big mistake I made on a $300 purchase so their customer service is great
