CVS

I needed a prescription because my local CVS was out of stock and couldn’t fill the order until 2 days from now which really wouldn’t work. I stopped by here to see if they even had it in stock and they did, they filled it within a few minutes and were extremely pleasant and helpful. They are a very busy pharmacy, but they took the time to help and I’m grateful for that. Keep up the good work.

I am so thankful for the entire Pharmacy team! They have gone above and beyond for me and my Family. As busy as they are, they always make the time to help me with any needs I have. As a Caregiver for both Parents….that’s a lot! They deserve a longer break than 1:30-2:00pm

Not sure what these other negative reviews are about but the Pharmacy team is great! I moved to Holbrook 6 years ago and never had one issue. Yes the lines at the drive thru could be long but what do you expect? Very friendly and informative staff.

Jessica is amazing!!! She has come in recently I believe and a family party caused some complications with my medicine falling in the pool lol. Love my family but when you are the only one not drinking it can get rowdy, silly. There is no better staff on Long Island. Thank you 10x Jessica. She deserves a raise as does the rest :). And to the older staff Thank you John for the extra help trying to work out a lost prescription after I had been in a car accident close to closing. Always special shout out also to the whole team! Michael, Danielle, Alicia. And everyone else at Holbrook. It’s a busy store. Also shout out to Ray , early morning hustle. No better CVS thank you all.

This 5 star rating is all for Tessa who works in the pharmacy. I have never had the care and consideration she has shown me on the phone! Usually they are trying to rush me off the phone or tell me to try to call the doctor to explain or figure things out. She took her time, was pleasant, and I felt like she really cared about my families needs! Thank you Tessa for making my day!

I was at CVS today 4/23/23 around 4pm This review goes out to the pharmacist who was there working on a Sunday it was so busy she had everything under control she was wonderful wish I remembered her name but she had pretty blue Nails she was so busy but I watched how she handled everything she was in control of all the people that had issue’s especially me 🙄she was able to get me my medicine that wasn’t in the computer and it was a Sunday and told me don’t worry come back In 15 minutes when I came 15 min later ot was ready
( my medication was important) and I just want to say she went above for me and alot of times we don’t realize how hard one works and I hope she sees this and to no just how much i appreciated her thank u so much if we had more people like her we would be blessed

Great pharmacy with all the little convenience items you would ever need.

NO COMPLAINTS HERE. THE CLERK ASKED ME IF I NEEDED ASSISTANCE AS SOON AS I WALKED INTO THE STORE. HE KNEW EXACTLY WHERE EVERYTHING WAS LOCATED. CHECKOUT MOVED ALONG VERY QUICKLY.

Pharmacist Danny Miller was absolutely wonderful in helping me get my prescription filled!
He even contacted my Pulmonary Dr. to change the dosage when the prescribed dose had an
Expired date. He also expedited the delivery.

Usually busy in the pharmacy area after 5pm.

During such a crazy time in all of our lives I want to say thank you to the staff in the pharmacy !!!! Thank you for making me feel safe and making my uneasy feelings go away. Janice was such a big big help !!!! I have to say this woman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful!

All I can say is, I forgot my prescription in FL. called Holtsville CVS and the lady said you can pick it up in 30 minutes.
I'd say that was pretty, pretty good. TY!

I have been going to CVS in Holbrook since you're opening day I love it and I have never had a problem they are very courteous and helpful and there is always somebody at a register and if they need help they call help I have even checked out my items in photo! 5*****

The pharmacist Mike is always on point and always is attentive to my needs. He's also Gorgeous

Someone who writes about their pennies being taken is pathetic. The young man made a mistake and corrected it. This person I speak of looks for problems

Very professional. Never had any problems in all 10 years we have been with them.

Very helpful and patient with customers. A few longtime staff that run the location.
