The team here is always super helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I used to go to Feed Ex for mailing packages. They are more expensive and have slower customer service in their store and they are as friendly.

Abishek was very kind and helpful. I came to the store needing to return some items to Amazon. I am having a gout flare-up in my right foot which is very painful. Abishek saw ms struggling outside trying to get the packages together to bring into the store. Without me asking, he came outside and carried everything in for me. I appreciate his thoughtfulness and kindness. It’s not too come these days.

I just needed to drop something off and have a return label printed and they help me with both.

Such amazing services! Stopped by to get passport photos, postage services and shredding done. Priyanka and Cherry went above and beyond to help us out in getting our passport photos taken to ensure they were up to standard! They were kind, and friendly. I highly recommend this location ☺

The manager was very kind and patient. I think it's Sherry. And either John or Jacob was also very pleasant and helpful as always. I'd highly recommend this location.

Great people and Great place for printing. Seems like it’s is under new ownership and owner is so helpful and their graphic designer is so through and profession. They have included a lot of printing options like posters, business cards and postcards. I will definitely move all my printing and shipping needs to this location.

The UPS store on Cliff Lake Road is under new ownership now and they are just wonderful. I had a damage claim from The UPS Store on Clark Road, Sarasota and I called them for months and let's say they were less than helpful. So I went to The UPS Store on Cliff Road asking if there was anything I could do. Cherry, the new owner called the department responsible for settling claims and I finally got paid. The previous owner would have never done this for me. Or probably any other UPS store in the area. These new owners are the best!! And will go the extra mile for their customers. I highly recommend going there for all of your shipping needs.

Cherry who works there could not have given better customer service! There were alot of people in the store some not so nice to her she remained very calm and nice to everyone! I cannot tell how great she was handling a very stressful time! She should be commended for her excellent customer service!!! I would hire her in a heartbeat!!!

I had the best experience at this UPS. I have been to the other one in north Eagan and they were so rude. I had a very nice and helpful worker and I am very impressed!
