Customer service was exceptional. I wanted to build a custom lure and fly. They helped the entire time and were very professional.

I had several issues with my order and my concerns were delayed at first. I edited my negative review based on the employee that called me to troubleshoot my one issue. Also the customer service manager stepped up and made my other issues right. Once she realized I was not trying to be difficult and just wanted to hear back she was 100% on my order and more attentive then 99% of business today. I run a large company and have many customer service employees. While it took a little to get the wheels greased Jann's kept their good name in my book. In the end A + for Shania for understanding I was not trying to be difficult just share my experience and get it back on track. Thank you to Devin as well for the support!!! Issues arise in any business no one is perfect no matter how big or small the concern, it is how you remedy issues that leaves the lasting impression. Well Done!!!

Jann's has definitely earned my business and in fact stolen my business from Amazon. The selection is unbeatable and the prices rival that of anywhere I've looked. As far as the issues with shipping that I have read, that is what you normally deal with when ordering online. And I will wait a few days to make sure I get what I want and don't pay a premium. Anyone who wants their orders faster has every opportunity to pay for next day service.

Being a multi-type lure maker, I've shopped here via internet for years-- always good service, fast shipping & decent prices. Finally got to stop in on way to a Canada fishing trip-- glad we stopped in!!! Picked up a few items as long as we were there to save shipping. The in-store shopping was pleasurable. Very good customer relations/service. A little steep on some items prices, but overall a great place to do business.

The store is always super clean and neat. If you ever have a question about anything, don't hesitate to ask a employee. They will work with you one on one to get you everything you need to complete your fishing projects. I recommend this store to anyone that lives in the area. They also have an online store. Prices are lower than Bass pro on 90% of the merchandise

I love this store. It has anything you can think of that's related to fishing. There's plenty of DIY items too. If you want to make your own lures and fishing rods give them a try. The people there are super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. It's close to a 2 hour drive from my house but I still go there at least every other month because I feel that it's worth it. They have big website, catalog and do mail order too.

The guys are always so helpful! They are knowledgeable and that means so much when buying products from somewhere, that the staff actually know what they are selling and what they are talking about. Makes a world of a difference when I choose a place to frequently shop at. Also, if they don't have something in stock, it doesn't take long to get it ordered. Totally recommend this location to anyone in need, not only for fishing supplies, but airbrushing needs as well.

AWESOME! I've only ever placed a couple orders but ive always had a great experience. I use standard shipping and ive always received my order within two day. Jig making has been a great way for me to bond with my 3 sons and to spend some time outdoors, also Barb who answers the phone is the absolute best!

Called ahead so I knew they had what I was looking for. When I arrived, I mentioned I had called and what I was looking for. The gentleman working the counter showed me to what I wanted. When asked he gave his opinion. He is aware I am new to fishing.

Netcraft is more than just a tackle shop; it is also a tackle crafter's store that carries many unique items for the fishing enthusiast. I have shopped there for many years. Selection and prices are good; something appreciated by someone like me who does not have a lot of extra money to spend on fishing lures or new rods. I also enjoy patronizing a small business; the big box stores and mega online sources have their place, but it just 'feels right' to support the local guy, especially when the values are as good or better.
