This CVS store provides amazing customer service in all areas. During Covid, things were a little different and lots of people were frustrated because of long lines In the pharmacy or wait time for prescriptions, products on the shelf wasn’t available but it’s understandable. These employees work very hard to make sure that they get the job done. You may not get what you need when it’s not there but you’ll receive the service that leaves you with a smile. From Management to Cashier they all care !

Lisbet the cashier was exceptional. Pleasant, caring and interested in customers. Overall this is a great CVS and along with Lisbet the pharmacy team is first class including the pharmacists who work very hard to meet large demand as store very busy.

Superb Service Staff! These professionals are calm and doing their work as efficient as possible. It took me 4 minutes to be at the door and get called by the PA system to get a Flu-shot. They take the same level of attention to each patient and understanding which was great cause some needed to understand how to better get notified of their prescription pick up time so they don't stay in store to wait. I had my own waiting time (5mins) as well as their Pharmacist on standby doing the flu shots. They are quick and give consult while you're at the station. It's Separated from the waiting which is great cause I didn't wait in(Service) line. They seem to have this properly organized with a free Flu shot opportunities, drive thru, and regular consult and waiting service. I thank the pharmacist and staff for treating me with their best!

This Pharmacy had a long line, but it’s to be expected when they are operating 24hrs. My CVS Pharmacy in Miramar is always giving us issues, from horrible customer service to never having medication ready in a timely manner.
So I tried this location due to an emergency. Angela was very helpful and attentive. I will be sending all future prescriptions to this location. Worth the drive.

I needed a medicine that is not very common. It was not available and I had to wait but the great employee Maritza made some calls and in less than 5 minutes she resolved the problem. Thank you so much.

I had gone to over three different cvs locations trying to find a specific product with absolutely no luck! It wasn’t at this location but I decided to try asking for help from an employee just in case and he really went up and beyond for me. He went and checked in the back for me and when he found nothing he went out of his way to contact other stores managers and he was able to find only one item of it in stock and asked them to place it aside from me! I was able to drive all the way to that store and buy it! Very thankful for his great customer service, he also made sure to reinforce that I was not a bother at all which I really appreciated <3

Good place for your prescription and general needs.

The CVS is less than a 5 minute walk from my house and I've always had a pleasant experience here. I was surprised with all the negative reviews but it seems most are from the pharmacy of which I've never used. I love the convenience of it being open 24 hours, One day around 3am I had the urge to buy a bunch of Halloween stuff and the lady in the store helped pick out the items and we had a very pleasant conversation. Highly recommend the place for quick shopping or late night spontaneous shopping.

The beauty specialist Abby was really kind and helpful with me.She helped me to find the right product for my skin type.I wish CVS could hire more people like her.

They are pretty good. I don’t understand the bad reviews. Maybe only unhappy customers leave feedback? Pharmacist very helpful and attentive. The medication I needed was not in stock and he called every pharmacy in the area to find out where I could get it ASAP for my daughter. Thank you so much.

I visited the 57th Avenue one for controlled substances Senior Chen Center cannot dispense. For my "over the counter" items I go to the one in Country Club Plaza. Both observe COVID rules, provide surgical masks and hand sanitizer.

My mother’s medication was running out during the COVID-19 pandemic. She is reliant on medications but her doctor did not call in a refill. I called the pharmacy and they issued a three day emergency supply. THANK YOU!

The employees here are great. Always helpful with a smile.
