On Saturday Jan. 6th, I needed to get some meds that were ready at my usual Hollywood CVS Pharmacy but my work schedule would not allow me to pick them up by 6:00PM. I asked Pharmacists at this CVS in We-Ho location and both -Andrey and Sandra- did they very very best to accommodate my needs. They called up the other CVS, filled out my meds at this location, all the while with a great customer-patient service and a truly kind help and assistance. Thank you for such a positive experience. Everyone here is always so helpful and friendly! They are attentive and always make sure i can find what I need. Nancy in particular was lovely, promptly helped me with what I needed, and made me glad I live close to this location so I can come back often :)

My meds were complicated as from out of state but pharmacist went the extra mile for me. I also got my flu shot here. Friendly pharmacist. The store looks brighter and more organized than the CVS at 8491 santa Monica where eye contact and customer interaction was an archaic concept to their pharmacist.

Both the pharmacy and store teams are absolutely outstanding. On the pharmacy side, Pamela and Leakana are not just incredibly helpful, but also kind and empathetic. They go out of their way to help find the best medications for their patients AND the best savings as well! They have actually taken the time to get to know me and my medical situation, which is rare these days. I am currently nonambulatory while I wait for a surgery to help me walk normally again, and the team is just as kind on the phone as they are in person. The entire pharmacy team at this location goes above and beyond and I’m sure that’s not always easy to do when it seems like every time I’ve been there someone is screaming at them for some absolutely asinine reason. People would do well to remember that these are highly educated professionals dealing with complex patients and medications (as well as insurance issues etc) and should be treated with respect and patience.

The store team members always offer a smile and a kind word. It’s obvious that the leadership in place at this location are doing a great job. I often see members of management out front helping customers find things as well as check out. As a former retail GM, it’s obvious to me that the managers here care about their team and the team cares about their customers.

Very professional, efficient, quick pharmacy staff and store manager Tyrone. Every time I am there, morning or night they are excellent. The pharmacy even fixed a mistake that another CVS location made and would not fix, even though it’s clearly stated in my CVS portal. This location absolutely saved the day. I am so blessed there are definitely still good people in retail, (we need more!) and this location gets the job done with professionalism and no attitudes. Great team. This CVS is a solid sure bet, always clean always organized.

I had to buy an emergency headache pills as i was having a migraine. I was so happy to fin this store. I got my medications and was lucky to have JERRY be my cashier! I had taken the CVS brand that was available for Buy 1 get 1 50% off! Of course in my pain, i was not paying attention but amazing JERRY made sure to mention this at the check out register. And now big thanks to him, i have a medicine bottle at work and in my purse. JERRY i thank you for your attention and customer service. Not only this, when i mentioned to him that i have a migraine and am on my way to do an overnight shift, Caring JERRY wished me all the best and even said that he is sending positive thoughts to me so that i can be well to do my shift. That was the kindest words a stranger has said to me. CVS Corporate Team - Please know that such a level of service and caring team member in such difficult times are hard to get. please be kind to recognize JERRY for his stellar service!!

Can I just say as a young 24 year old living in cruel and expensive LA that it's sometimes nice to be around people who are just genuinely nice and who make going to the store a better experience? I went to the store in the morning I was met with friendly staff, welcoming me in, and typically I come to this cvs at night but I'm glad I got to see the morning team. I've been a frequent shopper of cvs for years because I just find it convenient and easier for me to shop here. Anyways the point is, one of the managers, Tyrone, is just so friendly, helpful, and kind, that literally he started my day off right just by being himself. We need more people like him in this world and I want to show him recognition, because just by him being patient with me trying to use my millions of coupons and carepass and being friendly along with his other staff makes me feel safe and comfortable in the store. These things really matter and great customer service actually has an impact on people. So wanna just send a shout out to Tyrone and his team!

Perfect location to get what you need, when you need it. Staff is very friendly and the pharmacy techs are very kind.

CVS 8000 Sunset is always a BEAUTIFUL experience for me. Everyone especially Tyrone is always so helpful and knowledgeable.

Some of the staff are nice. There are only one or two bad apples that have been reworking here for a long time. It's Usually not crowded. I’ve only ever waited about five minutes in line. They also have self-checkout—90-minute validation. And from as much as I could see every time I went in, the stores were kept pretty clean. Also, they give out free masks :)

Jerry was great they went in the back and found an item for me. Jerry has helped me before and is always a pleasure to see in the store! Thanks!

Only ever utilized the convenience part of CVS, not the actual pharmacy. However, I was always extremely happy with the service here (except some long lines during rush hours) and I'm genuinely surprised to read the not-so great reviews.

Great small CVS; friendly staff, terrific pharmacist, and 90 minutes of free parking with validation! DON'T GO HERE! As a local I want to keep this place uncrowded! 😜
