Service was fast and friendly! We have visited this location twice and never had to wait in line for more than a minute either time. Despite the post-holiday rush of customers, the associates were quick and efficient. Associate Kirk D. went above and beyond to help us figure out how to best ship our multiple large items by recommending the safest and most cost-effective options. Definitely made what could have been a stressful task feel like a breeze! Thanks Kirk!

This is perrty easy to finish return the package to the Amazon and then there have two generals they're so. Nice to Greetings to me..it's was making me. Feel welcome. No rush.

I stop in this UPS Store location pretty frequently. It has short wait times every time I go in. Additionally, Bree, who seems to always be there, always has a bright smile and positive affect whenever I see her. That's really rare in this day. I know I'm going to have a some, welcoming experience every time. I will bypass other UPS Store locations because I know my experience, here, will be better.

I have been returning things to Amazon here for the past three years. Especially after Christmas. I love this team. I have never been in and out so fast in my life. Even when I came in without printing labels or having adequate amount of boxes for my return. They take care of me every time.

I had dropped off a package all taped up and labeled. I didn't realize I had made an error on the label and Kirk took the time out of his busy day to call me and bring it to my attention. Outstanding service, thank you Kirk!

The line was long, but it went fast. The guys working the front were hustling. I drive here to mail my packages because of their fast, quality service.

The UPS team at this location is the lost helpful. They are able to process thru all the Amazon returns very quickly

My experiences with this UPS store have been outstanding. Everything related to a successful business was present - courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable waiting time. Their mailing services were unusually good. Sure beats going to the post office. I very highly recommend this store.

Fast and friendly service. Located in a strip mall with easy access to parking. Lots of additional services offered as well related to packing and shipping.

Everybody at this store is SOOO NICE compared to the Prior Lake Store! Never had a bad experience here and I do ALOT of returns! Brie the store manager is a very nice lady!! This is my go-to UPS store for my business. Very friendly and helpful staff. There is no need to wait in line to drop off pre-paid and labeled packages (as long as you don't need a receipt).

My first experience in the store was exceptional and Krisna went above and beyond in returning two packages.
There was an issue with the return labels that were emailed to me for the return and without his help, I would most likely made another trip back to the store for the return. Once the return was complete, he made me aware it was his store.
Yesterday, I had an appointment in a hair salon right around the corner from this store and I informed the people working there of my superb experience at this store.

This is my 'go to' store from now on. These guys went completely out of their way for me and won my business forever. If you want an experience that is beyond the basic handling, its your place. I had shipped a very expensive handbag which after the fact I discovered that I had fallen victim to a scam. I urgently called them and they made phone calls to stop the shipment from leaving the distribution center. They treated me like they would want their family member to be treated. The golden rule of business.

This UPS store is awesome, the UPS Store in Apple Valley wanted to charge me almost $70 to ship a package, the owner claimed it would take a lot of time in labor. I had an amazon package, I shouldn't have to pay for labor costs. This UPS charge only charged me $25 for the box (needed a big box, so that was fair) and it took them less then 5 minutes to package it up. Krishna and his team are so nice and awesome to work with!

Great people and great service! Every time I go into the store, I’m greeted warmly and promptly. I always get in and out quickly(which is awesome) and everyone is super helpful with any questions I may have. Krisna is a great guy to talk to so I often find myself striking up a conversation with him when I go in to check my mailbox.
Plus, they offer ALL KINDS of services that I never would’ve thought to inquire about....check ‘em out!
