Kroger

I have been shopping at this Kroger since the first day it opened.
Been thru many managers of the store and all the departments .
This is a great store, everyone there is friendly and helpful.
The deli is the best it has ever been and ALL the people there are just great and extremely customer satisfaction oriented under the leadership of the new Deli manager, Destiny, who has brought new personnel and new products and services to to the deli dept. making it a pleasant place filled with a huge variety of products and services to shop for your family.
They go above and beyond in trying to please all customers.
If you haven’t tried it, do yourself and your family a favor and stop by for some great food and a pleasant experience !!!
You can’t get better service anywhere !!!

I have to give a shout out to Josh and Destiny in the deli at Kroger store number 680. They are so friendly and always say hello and ask how the family is doing. They make sure they have my German bologna in stock. They know how much my grandson loves it. They both will go above and beyond to make the customers happy.

After a long drive from Greenville, SC to Canton...it was nice to be able to go to a clean, organized location to pick up some last minute necessities. So glad they are open until 11pm.

This was my first time shopping at this Kroger. Everything was very organized and easy to locate, and all the employees I spoke to appeared friendly. One of them in particular, Ari, was extremely kind and helpful.

I have been going through something and through everything, I forgot to order my son a birthday treat to share with his class until the day before! I called another grocery store first but they told me they couldn’t take my order unless it was within 24 hours and understandably so. I called the Hickory Flat Kroger bakery and Miss Ann picked up. I told her I had a very last minute order and would understand if she couldn’t take it. She did not hesitate to tell me she would do it for me! She heard the quiver in my voice and immediately began to reassure me all would be ok and spoke to me as if I was a good friend. When I picked it up, she told me I had been on her mind all day and helped me get it into my cart. She told me she had once been in my shoes and that she understood how I felt. She left me with more encouraging words and a smile on my face. This wonderful woman it truly a light in a very dark time in my life! Kroger is very lucky to have such an amazing lady on their team. I pray that corporate and local management see this and shower Miss Ann with praise for a job well above and beyond expected. Thank you so much!

It’s the best grocery store in the Canton area. The only thing better are the larger Kroger in Milton and Alpharetta with a larger selection of luxury and vegetarian items.

The 2 young men Evan and Chris at the check out were fabulous. They were smiling and very friendly but they went above and beyond to explain the digital coupons and to show me how it worked. I always have a good experience here, but this was extraordinary! Give these guys a raise!

It's a grocery store again not sure what I can say besides parking is hard to find if you go after work hours & seems never have enough employees working up front well any where in the store if you need help

This Kroger was the best Kroger I've ever been toooo.
The fresh bars and Greek bar was amazing. Good produce too. Meats looked okay too.

Typical Kroger, clean, neat, well-stocked, did not disappoint. Great place to shop for groceries.

Generally always a pleasure ! I tend to find what I want or what I need .
The staff is quite friendly . I've used this Kroger for a good 10 years + since it's been established and any recommendations I make they tend to heed my request and they are generally happy to accommodate me. I'm somewhat of a social butterfly and have no problem striking up a conversation. I talk to the staff and I'm very clear about my expectations which aren't very high , and they tend to respond willingly! I consider it one of my favorite stores it's close and it's open till midnight or a little bit after.

I shop here all the time. I am disabled and they sometimes bring me a handicapped electric cart. All smiles and always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and organized. Food is always fresh and they have a lot of great deals going on. Check it out folks!!!😀

Just a basic Kroger...I prefer Publix because of its customer service, but this Kroger is well stocked, well manned, clean, and offers fresh "fill it yourself" salad bar options.
It's laid out well and most of the employees are friendly and helpful.

I live in Colorado and ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered to my mother in Woodstock, GA for an early mother's day gift. My personal shopper, Douglas, and Kroger superceded my expectations! Wow! Douglas sent me txt messages and pics of a few different arrangements to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. The delivery was on time and I was informed via txt every step of the way. I can not say thank you enough! My mother loved the arrangement! What a great experience! Thank you Kroger

This is a very large Kroger with a deli, Bakery, olive bar, sushi bar, pizza oven with fresh made pizzas on site, very large fresh produce area. They also have a fairly large sized area for small kitchen appliances Kitchen Essentials and dishes. It is conveniently located with a large parking lot and you can order your groceries online and they have a park and deliver area.

My favorite grocery shopping experience. All of the Dept's do a good job of keeping shelves stocked, having employees help, when needed, Enjoy having Starbucks and Delta credit Union within the store as well.

Thru the pandemic my neighbor hood Kroger was a life saver we used the pick up option to get our groceries. Love this service.

Always a great visit. Clean, fresh store,of course, & everything you need in stock. Laid back, nice employees. Nice shopping experience every time!

First time there after just moving to the area. Found everything I needed. Very clean store & cordial & pleasant cashier. Will definitely go back there.

This is my favorite Kroger of all the ones that I shop. It is clean it is stopped full the people are nice and I love the floral shop their florist is better than any private own Force I've been to.
