CVS

CVS is a well stocked food, pharmacy and sundries store. Quality products and a wide selection. Service is not as good as it used to be but when you can locate a floor employee they can usually find your items.

I love this cvs location on grant Ave. The manager and the staff go above and beyond to help out community thrive. The pharmacy is fast and they give great advice, if you have any questions. Even though they are busy checking customers , they always smile and greet me. They don't stereotype me, I have gotten followed rudely by other locations,so I give them an A+. The store is clean, the manager is very efficient, and they don't make me feel bad when it comes to using coupons. I recommend this Grant Ave Location one of the best CVS.

CVS is my go to shop for my needs. I like the store, I shopped there when it was Longs and CVS has been good at keeping the same level of service and even some of the same people are still there. The employees are helpful and kind.

Checkout woman is the most efficient, intuative person I have had the pleasure of being helped by without a long question and answer session. Hope CVS appreciates her!

OK for prescriptions but avoid making an appointment for a covid19 vaccination. Have to use their website, which is entirely screwed up. It cancels appointments after having been made; Then invites one to reschedule, which is effectively impossible, without having to enter pages of information ALL OVER AGAIN!

A standard CVS, conveniently located in the small shopping center on 7th street, near Grant Street, next to a bakery and supermarket and across the street from the DMV, UPS, Goodwill and other stores. Several shelves have been empty on recent visits, but given the pandemic, that may have been due to challenges beyond their control. The store often appears understaffed, although those who are there, work very hard.

Pharmacy can have long lines, but line generally moves well. Good staff in Pharmacy. Accessible parking lot & Accessible restroom.

The older short pharmacist is the rudest man. I had a run in with him a few years ago. The other cashiers are literally afraid of him. Acknowledging that he has a”temper”. Much to my shock, I went in there to pick up prescribed meds and he was still working there. Not appropriate what so ever to have a guy working there that clearly people have had problems with.
I will go back to pharmaca to avoid this jerk.

Service is pretty bad. I switched pharmacies due to poor customer service. Cashiers seem unhappy and lost. I avoid this location if at all possible. The CVS at the square is much better and less crowded.
