Many people don’t know that target has a variety of household goods online, wonderful furniture, tables, bookcases, chairs, and thousands of throw pillows. I enjoy doing searches on the site and ordering and you can return to any target store. Those yellow pillows on the couch are from target, the white with gray stripe chairs are from target and the dining table

Great store to get everything from books, toys, clothing and electronics. I especially like their home goods such as dinner wear and small furniture and beddings & linens.
I’ve been buying kids & women’s clothes a lot as well since their selection is stylish and often reasonably priced.
Novato Target has been nicely renovated with nicer looking front door.
I think drive up service is going to be popular for busy mothers who may not want to get out of their vehicles with their little ones when they need a handful items to purchase.

Season display of small furniture section is always enticing to look.

Big shout out to Craig in groceries. He was simply amazing. My boyfriend likes his Pillsberry holiday cookies that nobody has anymore except this target. Not Safeway not Luckys and when I sat in front of target for 10 minutes before they opened and then went inside and they were not in the frozen cookie dough aisle even though the website said they had them I was so annoyed. But I never showed it. Then Craig comes walking by and I said excuse me sir by any chance do you know where I could find this cookie the website says you have it here. He showed me two different refrigerators and neither of them had it. Craig went out of his way to look in the back room and within three minutes here comes Craig with three packs of elf holiday cookies. Thank you Craig so much for making me look like a great girlfriend. Also that place is very dangerous to your pocketbook. Everything from wild fable was so cute and so many cute False lashes on the end caps I had to buy more stuff. Target is the way to go

Target is a great store. Has a little bit of everything at good prices.

I have to admit I like shopping at Target. I can get organic foods at low prices. The staff is friendly and I can find recycled paper products along with powdered laundry detergent in a box. The only issue I have is their use of plastic bags. (Target you need to fix this. There is no reason to continue to use plastic bags; especially when you could be a leader in the effort to reduce plastic!)

A store that welcomes everyone with a caring smile. Plus, I found everything I needed.

I have to disagree with the bad reviews here. This is the most friendly target there is. All employees here are very nice and hard working. They are positive and really make everything so easy! Whomever is training these people, is doing a wonderful job. Congrats to everyone who work here, your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.

This Target store has plenty of merchandise at reasonable prices that is organized and illustrated with good looking displays. The check out is quick, efficient, and friendly.

For the first time, I ordered some items online for in-store pick up rather than delivery because I needed the items like yesterday.

When I went to pick up, there was no line, no mix up and I had my items in my hands within a couple of minutes. Not like W***t, where I've had to wait 15-20 min while someone goes rummaging in the back. This was streamlined and easy.

I should do all of my shopping this way!

Comfortable & safe environment. I'm always confident the carts have been sanitized (they have a staff member devoted to the task). Target has adapted and enforced a Covid conscious shopping experience, dealing with this unpleasantness in the best way possible

The interactions I've had at Target in Novato lately have been absolutely the best! Lucy in electronics and was super helpful, knowledgable and even spent extra time with me. She was engaged and super friendly. It's just amazing how much better you feel when that type of interaction takes place. She's a gem! Same with Ian. I've had interactions with him on two separate occasions and both times he couldn't have been more sweet, friendly, helpful and sincere. He even formally introduced himself since we had spoken at length last week. It just makes my day when I go in there. Can't say enough good things. Thank you Lucy and Ian!!

It's really one-stop shopping. I was tired, hungry and in a rush to go home, not wanting to make another stop at the grocery store or to eat at a fast food place. I was able to buy frozen chicken breasts, sourdough bread and cherries for desert. Very happy.

I'd like to give a shoutout to the guys working in the electronics department, they were super polite and helpful. I went to this Target a couple days before Christmas, and it was busy as one might expect. I saw two or three VERY rude customers give these guys a hard time for reasons that were completely out of their control (one customer wanted a particular cell phone that Target doesn't carry, another wanted a fitbit but they were sold out of the specific color she wanted) and these Target employees stayed 100% polite and tried to help offer solutions.

The team members we’ve interacted with here have been friendly, kind, and helpful. The store is clean and well organized.

Our checkout girl, Bella was so sweet and friendly! We heard it was her first day but it didn’t seem like it. She was so on it, and even after thinking she needed help on something, she figured it out on her own, all while smiling. She brightened our day!

Store offers a good selection and lay out. I wish the pizza hut will be replaced with healthier menu.
*** Outstanding staff at Starbucks ***counter. Jovani the Starbucks in store manager and his staff are friendliest in town. I like the deals in electronics and the general store mark downs. "More than magic" and junior tops have been very good designs

Had to write about the Novato branch Target. I was so impressed with the high level of retail excellence. Every clothing rack and display was in perfect order. Racks were organized. Shelves were stocked. Frozen Food ws organized...every dept I cruised through was in order. Very Very impressed. My new favorire Target.

Fast service and I like the product. Used order pick up for something I couldn't find when I actually went in the store but you could buy it online and they'd bring it to you in less than an hour in the store. Would shop again.
