Lucky

There are some things I can only find here when I'm in Marin so I stop by. Very friendly staff too!

We’ve been going to this Lucky faithfully since October 2021 every Friday and most of the time the employees just stare at my daughter and I. But our last trip last Friday 08/05/22 we were greeted by the best employee this place has, her name is Lavender. My daughter and I went to the Deli to get 2 sandwiches and Lavender made it the best experience we’ve ever had at any grocery store. Great customer service and very knowledgeable of what she was doing. Thank you Lucky for having such a great asset on your team.

Best, long term staff ever! Friendly and helpful. They don't rearrange the store every 6 months, so it's easy to find usual favorites and shop efficiently. Yummy deli sandwiches, great bakery.
Lucky's is a great all-around neighborhood market. Medium prices, good variety, and the best people!

I love coming here because its rarely crowded and I can make my way through the store without bumping into people. They have everything you need and often great sale prices. Staff is friendly and they have self checkout. Great produce and bakery. Deli and meat counter are knowledgeable and very helpful. Open till midnight which is good for late night cravings. Great store!!

These guys went above and beyond during the Oct. PSPS. They had their s**t together. They had postings if when they expected more products, there staff was super helpful despite going through the exact same things as all of us and they were understaffed because several live in the evacuation zones and had personal things to deal with. But the fact they stayed opened with such a cheerful and helpful demenior speaks volumes to how the store is managed and the type of people they hire. I live just down the street so it's always been my neighborhood grocery store THANK YOU LUCKY and all the staff!

The Indian manager is amazing. He is professional and polite please keep him.The store is clean and well stocked with the basics. The fruit is fresh

Customer service is always outstanding! Each employee is so helpful. I've lived in Novato for 50 years and I've always looked at Lucky as setting the standard for the good old-fashioned customer service old-timers like me expect and appreciate.

Very impressed with how theyve been handling the pandemic. Employees were helpful, every register was manned and someone was there to usher through the 15 Items Or Less Line.

I used to work here and loved it.employees are wonderful place is clean.i really miss it .but the state I'm in there's no luckys store.i really wish i was still working there.

I always go to luckys you can find great deals, Today i got a whole rocky's free range chicken for $2.50 yea!!
