This is specifically for the floral department.

I buy flowers here about once a month. When ever I go there is usually a very nice lady by the name of Debra that works there. SHE IS AWESOME AT WHAT SHE DOES!!!

I'll go there and often mix and match and do custom flower arrangements and she is always offering great tips as well as wrapping them up real nice with bows, glitter extra colors, whatever.

I am by no means a flower expert so I really enjoy her recommendations as well as her conversation when I'm picking them out or getting them wrapped.

I spent some time in the deli department today. Those folks are fun, funny and so helpful when you’re looking for a dinner idea I think them very much for their service today. I’ll let you know how the chicken pot pie they made for me was and the great broccoli salad

Veggies from Produce, Let's stop at meats and bread for Hot dogs and let make that Chilli.... don't forget the cheese!!

I used INSTICART for this purchase, but I did visit this SAFEWAY last week and once again the store has excellent products nicely displayed, the floors were clean, the shelves were dusted and they had a full staff, BUT this particular location needs to do something about their outdated LITTLE OLD LADY CARTS. The ones the have are so, so small and are never charged up or they are inoperable. Also this location has one way or the other ended The WIDE-OPEN BIGOTRY that was on display there for most of 2021 by getting shed of 2 people I no longer see working there. Now this location seems to be all inclusive, but I've got to hurry up and get my own POWER CHAIR

I often drive 10 minutes extra to go to this Safeway instead of the one closer to me on DeLong/Diablo. Why?
1. Friendly staff.
2. They (usually) have paper bags.
3. Easy parking.
4. Gas station onsite.

Have been returning for the past few months with the new flower arrangements they are putting out. The lady that’s now there Maria does some lovely arrangements and tells you how to care for them properly.. something I haven’t experienced in any shop before. Great customer service for Maria M.

A great place to shop... they have 2 electric scooters for the disabled... I have visited several times and there is usually one or both available... kudos to staff for keeping them operating. I really appreciate using one...

On Diablo is open 24/7 and that is so helpful. The savings are even better when combined with their app using "just for you" and getting free items as well. Gas rewards.... I've gotten $1 off a gallon, tell me that is not a bonus, right?

The florist was very kind and made a very beautiful arrangement for my.moms graveside.

Very clean, friendly staff who were able to give information about the fuel area. A nice array of both organics and nonorganic fruit and veggies. Starbucks young lady was very courteous, and made my drink order perfectly. Nice job folks.

The flower arrangements in this store are beautiful, I especially recommend that you seek the help of Miss Melendez, always very attentive, kind, cordial, professional. Lately I have noticed a significant raise in prices on everything. Sometimes shelves aren't filled and items often bought are not available. Otherwise, the store is clean, the Safeway card saves one with discounts on many items as well as gas. Best grocery chain in Marin.

Went in to Safeway up in Terra Linda I needed some help with my account when I went to customer service a young man named JAMIL helped me out unbelievably so I did not have any problems after talking with JAMIL and getting his help

Had a concern about price tags being arranged around the floral department. I spoke to the manager and I must say, he not only listened and addressed my quam, he was a nice as could be. I didn’t catch his name but he was the store manager. Just wanted again to say thank you and I hope more employers could have such a curteous and productive manner. And thank you for continuing such excellent service.

the exact words of my suffering friend, "So here is the story of the adventure that happened during our california road trip in crazy pandemic of covid-19. We had to start early morning like 3 am so we can avoid traffic rush. Being a Coloradan, my natural excretion cycle got messed up. By 11 am, it was difficult to find something suitable to take a dump. Gas station wasn't an option, and luckily all of them were closed for public. So there came Safeway for the rescue. It was maintained clean and by God that satisfaction of taking a dump after 6 hours. It's like taking a breath of peace. That day Safeway rocked. As a thank you, I made sure to buy some bananas and bread for next destination. Thank you Safeway."
P.S. : This review is written up as fun way to appreciate Safeway's efforts, definitely avoid public places and restrooms unless necessary. This event did not happen.

I had a great shopping experience yesterday at the Hamilton Safeway and at the Starbucks inside the store.
Kerri was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful at checkout. Also, Davino,( not sure of the spelling of his name, ) He works inside the Safeway Starbucks, was friendly and fixed the perfect cup of coffee for me. Thank you, Mary Lynne Richardson

New update: Open 5am till 2am, no more Jamba Juice, pharmacy is finally stable with a new manager.
old update No more 24/7 for over a year now.
It's all true. It's a true 24/7 community hub. This is a wonderful store with a fair variety of products. A gas station and diesel, a Jamba Juice, a Starbucks and a Redbox. It has public Wi-Fi and an indoor place to seat and hangout. A Deli and a hot box with hot take out food. It also is under staffed with over worked employees. Some employees are the best despite all these problems. Some don't care at all if people are stealing and you notify them. My concern is the huge detrimental impact when this community store is driven to closure by miss management.

The store will always have what you're looking for. And if you're having trouble finding it the staff there will always be able to help. The new drive up and go option is also fantastic. You can go on to their app and order your groceries online and then go and pick it up from the curb. All you have to do is call their number and they'll bring it out and put it in your car themselves. Makes it extremely convenient.

Great place, low prices, and safeway points rewards are amazing! Today I got 40c off per gallon and it was about 2.56/g for regular. WOW! I was happy, but sad I _ only put in $20. Only con is sometimes it is a bit crowded, and it is Marin so you know half the people are on the wrong side.

It's Safeway .they have everything u need and at a decent price but this one sells gas as well. The lines sometimes can be insane and people cannot pump gas to save their lives ( I'm no genius but I know where the gas tank is on my car and how to insert the nozzle) but prices are lowest in area hence the lines. Parking is plentiful and yeah that's about it....also Starbucks inside and a bank branch ... woohoo
