Great!! Clean store and organized

I love Ross dept store, always something for everyone. From those hand milled soaps, hair products, jeans, tops, earbuds, towels, decorations, art supplies, cleaning stuff.... And more, more, even olive oil, etc at screaming good prices!!!!!!

I appreciate & value the "treats" from that store. True, it is a here today gone tomorrow scenario . But it sure is worth while to seek & he shall find" it is like a veritable treasure hunt.
There are times when I go in with a fun attitude like-- what might be there for me since I am so near by already.
I am definitely a long time fan of this store.

I'm redoing my Living room and found an amazing 6'6" × 9' rug with just the right colors for less than Costco!

This is one the more organized Ross store around. But like all Ross stores they are short handed.

Great place to look around for things you might need. Prices are fantastic, goods are of decent quality. Don't go here with one thing in mind--let the shopping spirit take you around the store!

I love the store and the stuff I've been a customer for a long time and since management change I missed the old crew but the cashiers tha know me are amazing and I'm thankful for that

I had a good experience here, staff left me alone and were helpful when I asked for directions. It had exactly the clothes I was looking for in my XL size for cheaper than what amazon offers. Would go again.

THE STORE IS VERY CLEAN AND THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY, AND VERY SMALL AMOUNT OF PEOPLE INSIDE STORE,SO FAR THIS IS THE BEST STORE TO SHOP DURING COVID, NOT CROWDED LIKE THE OTHER ONE'S

Where I blow my money on everything I dont need. You guys need more cashiers at every store I've been too, Novato, Vacaville, Fairfield. All of em.

Always pop in...always find something...good - not great - Ross - that being said...it is rare I cannot find a blouse, towels, a purse, shoes, or something. Nice staff.

It was late in the season to find a swim suit. There were lots of cute ones just not my size.

Got what I needed for my trip for a good deal but they're not always the less expensive.

My fav shop in Novato. ALWAYS find nice dresses for church. Beautiful things for my home and my car.

Very nice and clean. The staff was helpful and it wasn't busy today.

Every Tuesday the give a very good discount for senior citizens.

Many people under estimate Ross, but you'll find incredible steals here. You gotta check it out.
