Extremely impressed with the customer service at the pharmacy. The young cashier I believe name was Mason was extremely kind professional and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and concerns kindly and respectfully! We were so impressed by the customer support services that we switched from our usual Marlboro location to Hudson for all our prescriptions!

I’m always satisfied at this CVS. Hudson MA. Wonderful pharmacy staff. Knowledgeable and friendly. Front end cashiers always nice.

CVS offers a wide variety of similar products which is helpful. And always helpful.

If you want a really bad example of a CVS, try Main St in Marlboro. They are rude and less than helpful. I just moved my scripts to the Hudson store on Washington St. This place is a breath of fresh air! The staff is friendly above and beyond. I was looking for a product and the pharmacist stopped what she was doing, came out into the store, helped me look and found what I needed! FANTASTIC! Never would have happened in Marlboro. Sorry I didn't catch the pharmacists name; but, she is wonderful as is the rest of the staff at this location.

I want to compliment an amazing gentleman who helped me tonight. Donald who I think may be the night manager was patient, calm and just a wonderful guy. He works at a very busy Hudson MA CVS and I just have to say he would make me come back to CVS Hudson every time. What a great human!

Pharmacist was extremely helpful when they did not have a prescription I needed due to the manufacturer's back order. She made sure that I was able to get it at another non-CVS pharmacy without any delays. Excellent customer service.

I had a Covid vaccine at this location. The pharmacy department was exceptionally organized, efficient and helpful. They serviced me precisely when it was my appointed time. I would recommend this pharmacy to All.

Not to go into details but I was in a horrible situation with no insurance through my employer and the pharmacy team in Hudson, Ma was amazing without even being asked! I got what I needed and it didn't end up costing me an entire paycheck like I originally thought it would. Bless up!

All the pharmacy techs from Noah, to Krystal, to Barbara, all of them are extremely polite and very efficient. I've never had a single complaint with them in 4 years!

CVS has been remodeling write before covid-19 had taken affect. The store is clean does the employees do work the same kno!!! BUT PHARMACY IS STATE OF
ARTS.....DEFINITELY if the store doesn't have what you need. Garrenteed you will have the product ASAP.....and they will tell
