Friendly staff, small cozy store. Went to pick a gift for a friend and witnessed an awesone interaction with a grandmother looking for a game for her grandson. Clerk was very helpful, understanding and patient.

It's my favorite place to go for video games. The staff there love to help and talk video game stuff. Always super fast with online orders.

My sister and I dropped in here to grab a converter cable to get my moms Nintendo 64 to work on a modern tv. The 2 guys working were so nice and helpful. When we were done paying and heading out, one of them said “God bless” and it just made my day. I haven’t stopped thinking about it and how encouraging it was for me since I too work in retail. Great staff in my personal opinion.

One of the few stores that has a large inventory in the western Massachusetts area. Compared to Leominster, both the employees and overall stock are far greater. Here at Hudson, the employees are nice, helpful and knowledgeable. They don’t over push sales like other locations have started doing since GameStop has faced bankruptcy. This location has become my go to GameStop since 2020. Highly Recommend

I'm an Old, and the staff is always super patient with my dumb questions. Then they carry on long, serious conversations with my kid that I can't even begin to understand. If they don't get commission, they should. It's probably my least dreaded brick and mortar store, TBH.

I've been to a lot of Gamestops over the years and the one in Hudson Mass tops them all! Great service! Whether you're there, or just calling in for a few questions, they'll always give you the attention you need. Which is great for me, because I ask a lot of questions. Not only are the employees friendly, and helpful, but also extremely honest which helps them point you toward exactly what you're looking for. not to mention how organized they keep it in there! It's the biggest GameStop in my area and yet it's the most organized! Hats off to the crew they have there! They make me come back every time!

Very good store 👍 very polite and helpful employees and there pokemon cards are very cheap. The cards are 4.19 and i got a rainbow card also they have every game i go to get. 10/10 very good store

Employee was very nice and I got everything I needed. He offered to order a controller for me they didn't have in stock there and made sure I left with everything I needed and more without pressuring me at all.

Love this game stop so much the 2nd shift crew helped me so much, they also informed me that I could buy games online and pick it up curb-side since they are not accepting cash or card at the moment due to the virus, I give it a solid 5 stars for excellent customer service and friendliness😁
