Jake went out of his way to accommodate to my needs when I called the store in a hurry. Excellent customer service.

Service and product are outstanding! The store and sales representative were extremely professional. It is refreshing to know that a great culture still exists.

Always friendly, but also quite busy. And I've always had good results with their products.

I have purchased paint repeatedly from this store and am happy with the service. The paint is more expensive than what I previously would purchase from Menards but the quality is better. I have to use only two coats vs. three to cover a bright wall inside my house and only one coat on the outside of my house to cover a bright yellow with a deep blue. When it dries there are no streaks or lines. The paint I’ve purchased is both for exterior and interior.

New shopper to this store, may be the only paint store that I visit now. Dan and Jacob were extremely helpful and patient with me as they tinted a custom color darker for me. They were totally cool about it and genuinely wanted to make sure I liked the color before leaving. I don’t write many reviews at all, I just really appreciate great people. Thank you very much🙏

Busy place, with more paint pros than retail customers during the week. The workers know their stuff, and although it costs a few bucks more than a big box store it’s worth it when quality matters or you need something uncommon.

I was painting a replacement door with the same paint from 10 years ago and ran out. I took the lid to the store and the person was friendly and helpful, and was able to match it EXACTLY even though it was an old formula. It's a great, durable exterior paint.

Had a color consultant (Darya is awesome) come out to help us choose colors for a family room and master bath - Such a time saver and the colors look great!
Painted the bathroom last weekend - Went on smooth and covered well.

Friendly, helpful. Good info to get a person who has not done staining to succeed. As with other posts, great matching color. I even messed up what color to mix, and sales person fixed it for me.

I can't believe how different and helpful this store is. It's my new favorite...great endorphins in winter. They have painting tools I have seen no where else. And the paint...holy wow!
