AT&T Store

Went in to store for help with porting a number off of AT&T to a new carrier and Melissa H, the store manager went above and beyond to assist us. She was knowledgeable and walked us through every step and made sure the process was completed successfully before we left. We still have 3 lines with AT&T and will be keeping those because of her spectacular service. Thank you Melissa!

Jacob went over & beyond to assist with my new Apple IPhone SE, 3rd Gen, 64 GB. He put together my phone with a shield for protection, case and emptied my old phone and transferred everything to my new phone. No stress for me. He was the only one there, handling 3 people, while keeping his composure. He needs a raise and recognition for all his hard work! 🤩

Went to this location today to deal with a phone bill issue that ATT had screwed up on. Jacob was very professional and helped me sort out the mess. I am overall happy with this location and would recommend working with Jacob.

Anthony P was so patient and sweet. He was considerate of the long line of customers waiting and was checking on them. He held the door open for his customers after completing his time with each of them. And he was honest about potential costs I would incur from switching services. I really appreciated his honesty and friendly customer service. Definitely recommend!!

I went in a few days ago and the lady (think her name was Madison) helping me out was really patient with me. Helped me pick a new phone and everything 👍

Switched over from Verizon after nearly 20 years. Rico made the experience a great one and we are happy that we switched. Love the new phones and watches! All the staff here are helpful and friendly!

The SIM card could not be read on my current phone 7 plus so I needed an upgrade. Austin was the employee that helped me and he was great. He took his time explaining to me the pros and cons of the newer phones from iPhone 11 to the iPhone 13 and all of the differences in versions with sizes (mini) and specs. Austin mentioned that the 12 mini was on a promotional sale at the time and that’s what I decided to buy. He did such a great job putting on the screen protector (so meticulous) and transferred all of my data so quickly with a technique I haven’t seen done. Austin did a great job overall explaining the phone, putting on the screen protector and case as well as setting up my new phone and transferring my data for me. Allen was also in the store and he helped talk to me about how the promotional plan (that was going for the 12 mini at the moment) appeared on my monthly bill to make sure it went through. Overall amazing service by both employees Austin and Allen. 5 Stars

I went to the El Dorado hills location in the town center. Anthony helped me for a total of 5 hours, because I tried switching over from another company through Sam's club. (Don't do it there, you'll end up with a headache). Anthony went above and beyond helping me out. He offered water, turned on a kids movie for my kids to watch. He made phone calls to my previous provider. I have nothing but good news to say about Anthony and AT&T. If I ever have any issues I know that he can help me out. Thank you!! I really appreciate all the help you did. (You deserve more than 5 stars, but that's the only choice I have).

Best retail experience in a long time, friendly, professional and efficient. Rico and Shaq were personable and made the whole experience painless. Good parking and clean store.

Wanted to mention hands down Allen was great to work with I came in 12/4/21 in the evening had to transfer phones, he was the only one working and things got a bit crazy. Won't go into deal tail on that one. Allen handled everything the best he could he's very intuitive, a great multi tasker, extremely professional and has a great work ethic he care about people and it shows with his customer service. He's definitely a team player, ATT&T is very lucky to have him, keep up the great work Allen cuz someone may offer u another job!

First time in this location and didn’t took more than 10 minutes to walk out with what I needed, great people and great communication. Very clean and organized place as well. Will recommend it 100%. I love my new Apple Watch. Very friendly staff too.

We were greeted when we walked in the door, and after a short wait we were assisted by Matt Greely, who is the store manager. There are only five stars available here, but there should be ten, considering the terrific service we received. We had come in intending to buy one IPhone XR, but we ended up buying two after Matt explained your BOGO offer. We were very impressed by the time he took to find us the best possible plan and price for our particular needs. Follow-up service has also been star-worthy, as our frequent returns to the store for tech assistance are met with friendly smiles and excellent advice.

Forgot to get her name, but did a fantastic job with my phone trade in, very calm and relaxed demeanor and explained everything very professionally.

Anthony was incredibly kind and patient . We had some issues getting new phones set up and he could not have been more helpful !! GREAT customer service !!
