Land Ocean Restaurant Folsom

I went to a Sunday brunch and enjoyed unlimited mimosa’s while having a wonderful breakfast. I found the restaurant to be immaculately clean, with nice table settings and very nice ambiance. It was easy to loose track of time while eating and drinking. It was nice not to have to worry about a huge bar bill while having mimosas for brunch. I will definitely do the restaurant again in the future and really wish more places could be this nice and yet affordable. As I mentioned above, this place is noticeably clean. You can tell the management and staff take pride in the presentation of this restaurant and it shows from the moment you walk in. Service by our waitress was amazing and we all had a very good time! A+++ from me on a job well done!!

I would call it an upscale American Grill. As advertised. Nice setting, the bar is prominent in the waiters are attentive. I love the choice of food some mixture of comfort and and upscale cuisine. We had a starter my wife had some steak and then we shared a dessert

We visited Land Ocean for our anniversary dinner and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend getting a reservation like we did, really cuts down on the wait . The food was really tasty, the portions are on the smaller side so go ahead and get an appetizer, cup of soup, and a house salad with your entree. The sea bass was quite good and the steak with crab was perfection! They even decorated our dessert plates to say Happy Anniversary. Great evening, and now I don't want to wait until our next anniversary to come back.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Service was super friendly and made us feel comfortable, we were able to order very quickly and got our food fast too. The food was mind blowing, life changing and eye opening. I feel like this food could cure blindness and heal sickness. My life has forever been changed.

Like a Fancy Applebee's in a way but with seafood and steak. Calamari appetizer was amazing as well as the garlic cheese bread. Recommend the Land Ocean dish!!! Top shelf bar and tons of options of wine. They do have non alcohol options. 10/10 Pricey $$$ but worth it!!!

We’ve been here numerous times and always enjoyed it. Staff is always friendly & the foods phenomenal. I’ve tried a lot of different items off of the menu in my many visits and everything has been good.

I was really impressed with the chicken skewer appetizer dish & the shrimp appetizer dish- will definitely be ordering those again in the future.

Overall It’s a great restaurant to experience.

Always great food and always great service. Had the Surf and Turf and a Ceasar Salad. Steak was cooked to perfection and cut it with my butter knife, and the salad was dressed well and very large. Also had asparagus, which was monstrous and well seasoned. Service was prompt and attentive and super friendly. We've eaten here several times and always had a great experience. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed our time at Land Ocean. The servers were really attentive and the food was delicious! My only comment would be that the music can get loud and it gets difficult to have a conversation without having to yell but overall we'll definitely be back again.

Beef wellington bites - these were great and filling

Surf and Turf: my husband ordered it and I had a bit. The mashed potatoes were creamy, the steak was cooked perfect!

Blackened salmon: I liked how they cooked the salmon. I wasn't a big fan of the pineapples on it as it was more on the tart side and not sweet and it just didn't mesh for me.

We went for our anniversary dinner and had the best time. The server was great, the food was delicious, and the drinks were made very well!

On a busy Saturday morning I stopped in for brunch. It was well worth the stop and made the day. I ordered the Chicken fried steak with eggs and potatoes. The steak was very flavorful and crispy crust. The potatoes were well seasoned and crispy, a pinch too much salt but who cares. The gravy had a nice rich flavor with tiny chunks of sausage. Definitely one of the best chicken fried steaks in Sacto.

A lot of vines to find what you like (red semi-sweet). Salmon was good. Only is not clear how to pay.

If you're looking for a one-of-a kind dining experience, Land Ocean in Folsom should be your go to! Their dishes are so delicious - their macadamia crusted Seabass will melt in your mouth and pair perfectly with jasmine coconut rice and broccolini. And if seafood isn't quite your fancy, their wagyu steak is equally as tender and succulent while the prawns come crispy paired with a creamy sweet sauce. To top it all off, cap the evening off by treating yourself to either divine crème brûlée or chocolate lava cake – both guaranteed to leave you wanting more (or maybe just another helping!). Plus don’t worry about any less than perfect beverages because they have amazing service that won’t let anything get passed them. We had ordered a blood orange mule, it wasn't quite to my liking and my waitress noticed - not only did she make us a different beverage, she also comped it for a birthday we were celebrating! Talk about amazing service!

Friends told me to try this place out and it was excellent! Waitress provided great service and recommendations. I wanted something light and flavorful so I got the macadamian nut crusted sea Bass and it was the perfect portion size with excellent flavor. Definitely will be back to try some of their other menu items. Prices were good also.

It's been our first time here, and the good thing is we are not disappointed. We had started with some oysters, and the two prime ribeye steaks, 1 rotisserie chicken and a lavish burger. I would still want to say their steaks are one of the best that I had around here. Everything was perfect, the asparagus lacked a little grilled taste. Overall great food, great service and ambience. We all loved it and we will definitely be back for more.

This was our first time here, and it did not disappoint. We came for our anniversary and wanted to go somewhere nice and special. After looking at many reviews, this was our choice for lunch. 5 stars because it's only 5 minutes from home, and a complimentary dessert. Wife loved her filet mignon, i had the Chilean sea bass. Both cooked to perfection. Great place to bring guests for an upscale, but not overly priced, meal.

Amazing food and amazing experience. We showed up early for our reservation and so sat at the bar. Drinks and service were good. And they were able to get us into our table earlier than our reservation.

Bartender and hostesses were great. Friendly, fun!

We had to wait a few minutes for our table so we had a drink from the bar. I had a Porter beer and Linda had the Cab. Very interesting and pleasant decor. Once our table was ready the host brought us to the table not far from the bar. They brought warm bread and butter and we quickly devoured it. I ordered the ahi tuna and Linda had the blackened salmon. The sauce around the salmon was excellent but had a kick of spice. For dessert we shared the apple crisp with a scoop of ice cream. All items were delicious and we are planning to go back soon. Total for the dinner was $66.27 plus the bar tab of $21.00.

A very warm environment. The restaurant was pleasantly filled at lunch. Food was very good. I came from out of town and glad I found this spot.
