I don't think I have ever reviewed a UPS location but this one deserves praise! It's by far my most favorite UPS. Best customer service and the shortest wait time. If I'm doing an Amazon return I could be out of there in under 30 seconds. These guys are fast. The lines moves swiftly. It's definitely my go to UPS

This specific location has more employees working than most ups stores making long lines go by quickly . Always good service.

The employees here provide excellent customer service, which is becoming increasingly rare. Despite seeing hundreds of clients each day, they can still identify many of them by name. Although it's a small detail, it speaks volumes about their character and level of service. I wish more companies were this skilled at providing real "service" to their clients.

Went here during the holidays to make some returns. The line was long and the boxes were piled high but these guys stayed positive, so fun and Dylan provided me with the best customer service! Shockingly great time at my local UPS store.

I just have to share a couple wonderful experiences I have had with the wonderful employees of this location because they are just the best people. Today I was mailing some pediatric medical supplies to be donated to children affected by clefts in the Philippines. I was telling the employee about what it was and what it was for and at the end of the transaction he comped the box and cost of shipping for me. I thought this was so special and really meant so much to me.
Also, a couple years ago my then 90 year old grandma fell in front of their store and badly cut her shin. They stayed with her and helped her and I believe drove her over to the urgent care.
I will continue to use this location only. Not only are they fast and efficient with shipping and collecting packages they are also decent people.

Amazing Customer Service
If you want to know what excellent customer service is then this is the UPS Store to go. Hands down the most helpful & friendliest place around. The associates are all so accommodating & patient as well Joe is amazing, normally sending packages somewhere is a chore, but they sure do offer plenty of assistance when needed & always with a smile.

The El Dorado Hills UPS store has the best customer service that I have EVER encountered. Everyone behind the counter is so friendly and helpful. Even when the line is long, which it hardly ever is, because they are so fast and efficient. I made a mistake on a package that was already sent, and they went the extra mile to make sure "My" error was corrected. I wish everyone conducted business this way. Top Notch and genuinely kind.

Loved it, and loved the customer service. Everything was simple and easy, and they knew what they were doing. That's the only place I'll go for packaging! Love love love!

Great customer service! And with a smile. I will never go anywhere else. I took Amazon returns to Kohls and they refused to take them. The UPS store boxed, taped and labeled my returns cheerfully. It made my day. I really appreciated the kindness.

The folks that work here are really great at customer service, which is pretty rare these days. they see hundreds of customers a day and yet still remember many of the customers by name. its a little thing, but it just goes to their character and level of service. Wish other businesses were this good at the true "service' part of customer service.

This UPS store is just so effective and effortless. I’ve recently needed quite a few papers notarized and every time I go in I can get quick notary assistance. I also like the fact that I can just drop and go any pre label packages that need to be sent.

Always walk away from here with a smile on my face. The staff are friendly to everyone and really efficient. If they see you just need to literally drop something off with them, they get to you straight away. I choose UPS specifically because of this store.

I wish more businesses operated like they do.

I literally have NEVER had a bad experience here. And they seem to do it ALL. Honestly, every time I leave here (never thought I'd use a UPS store so much but they are VERY versatile) I'm always SO very happy with the excellent service I receive.

Fast, friendly, and extremely helpful. They know my name and treat me like a friend. I don't use any other private carrier because of this store. Joe and family are great people.

I had an estate's worth of framed paintings and family pictures to send across the country. On a busy Monday the store was full of outgoing boxes from the weekend, and you all helped me manage my loose items to be packaged, boxed, insured and shipped. Thanks! Will be back with the heirloom breakables later this week!

Quick and easy to ship a package. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Not much to say, except that if you need to ship a package, it's hard to beat efficient, helpful, and polite!

Kindess staff you will ever find. Fast, efficient, offers options and ALWAYS greets guests with a smile. I won't go anywhere else!

I ordered my Christmas letter, color copied. Not only were they prompt but the newsletters turned out better than if I printed them at home. Better yet!! They were less expensive by $.25 to $.30 than other places I checked!!
