I went into Ulta to find a eyeliner n when done shopping and waiting in line, I noticed (Tarte high-performance natural Amazonian clay blurring powder foundation).
They had samples displayed right up by the counters and I tried the color that was closest to my skin color, and I was amazed at how blended out the dark spots on my hand so I knew definitely it would work on my face. Now mind you I’ve tried pretty much everything I’ve seen on the Internet Tik Tok how all these amazing products do what they say they’re supposed to do but they don’t not for me anyway I’m 74 years old I have lines n and brown spots and just aging skin and I have been so dissatisfied with the products I bought until this one.
The problem with make up in the people who display it have or usually have nice firm, supple skin which blends easily??
Why is it that they don’t put someone in our age group or older displaying makeup? I am all about trying makeup before I buy as like I have mentioned until I found Tarte Amazonian Clay there has been nothing to compare to it n not to mention it goes on smooth with brush or sponge n looks so natural n light on the face. IM AMAZED!!

Thank god for this salon and for Sara!! I was nervous to find a new colorist after relocating from NYC but then I found Sara and have been happily rejoicing with my PERFECT blonde full of dimension and shine. She has done both my cut and my color now. Gorgeous. Could not recommend more.

I just accompanied the girls as they bought all kinds of mainly beauty aids. The store was well stocked with a lot of inventory. Bright, clean helpful sales people. Everyone was happy with their purchases and the prices were fair. Plenty of free paved parking.

Daughter loves this store, I purchase my colognes here, very friendly employees but store is severely under staffed. Still five stars because it’s NOT employees fault of under staffing it’s either store manager or corporate mismanagement.

I went to get my hair done by Sara B. She's absolutely amazing! I love my highlights, they make my hair look thicker. I haven't been this happy with my hair in a long time. Not only is she extremely talented, but she's so sweet and fun to talk to. Thank you Sara!

I love Ulta Beauty salon at Folsom. Tracy is a great professional. She always does an awesome job with my highlights. I’ve changed many salons and masters but have been going in to Ulta for years and switched to the Folsom location just last year. I can’t be happier with the quality and professionalism of their hair master.

Took my granddaughter there for her first exposure to wearing makeup. Thank you Linda for picking all age appropriate cosmetics and skincare products. She looked fabulous and the staff made her feel extra special and beautiful too.

The rep who helped me was named Olivia and she was fantastic. She could see that I was a little lost (I'm a novice when it comes to beauty products) and she was super helpful assisting me pick out a few items I was looking for. She was very patient and made great recommendations

Very addictive for those of us who like makeup, skin care, and various supplies. The sales staff is awesome, especially Shantal, who is sweet, accommodating and quite a salesperson. She has assisted me the few times I've been there and truly tries to please! Some items are a bit pricey but they're top-quality and last a long time.

Very friendly staff, they were helpful offering alternatives when the specific item I went in for was it of stock. I always feel like the store is cluttered when I go in, which makes shopping less enjoyable for me. Admittedly, it's hard to keep things tidy with the amount of traffic and small products they have.

A super sweet girl named, Ana helped me match my Chanel foundation. She was lovely and a delight to work with! She took her time to help me find my perfect shade. Whoever’s in charge, give that girl a raise!

Wow wow wow!!! Paloma ROCKS!! I got my hair cut about 2 weeks ago after growing out the previous disaster (from another "salon") for a full year. I loved it from the first minute!! I still loved it after the first wash!! (This is usually where I catch the random bad spot-even with a good stylist it can happen.) And now, as the highlights are no longer up against my scalp, I still love it!! I like a natural looking highlight, and mostly because of the grow-out stage being my least favorite look. Paloma feathered it in beautifully, and it just looks like vacation was a few weeks ago... exactly what I was after!! I am so happy to have found a stylist worth gushing about!!!

Yes, there's was a line for the register. Honestly, that's the worst thing I encountered. And long lines can form when happy customers find lots of things to buy. Each floor associate I encountered was friendly and helpful and kind, especially considering that I was in on a no-makeup day! Thank you Ulta!! Thank you Paloma!
