REI

REI is my favorite store. This one at Folsom is one of the stores I visited very often.

This store is not very big. So shopping at this store seems easier and I can still find everything I'm looking for in this store. REI carried all the brands I liked.

The employees at this store are the same as in other stores. They're so helpful and friendly all the time.

I usually can get a parking space near the store quickly. This parking lot is less busy compared with another REI in the Sacramento area.

Great staff, Cameron was wonderful! He put back the shoe rack I embarrassingly plummeted into with my wheelchair! Haha! Had a laugh; it's nice to feel gentle spirits and embraced with humor when there is catastrophe. I bought baby shoes for my friend's nooboo that is on the way, and it worked out well. ^_^

I have been a REI member for the last 10 years and I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I’ve also bought most of my sporting good clothings and gear from here. If you’re into biking, they have a very large selection of bikes here as well. Once they have a sale most of their items in the store are very well priced. Staff here is top notch as well...always smiling and asking if you need any help...they will go out of their way to help you! Love this place!

REI is one of those stores where it has everything and you get to check it out in person then go home and buy else wear for 20%-50% cheaper lol. Feel bad when I walk in there and see someone buy a $60 bike helmet for $100+.

Love it here. Just got my complimentary snowboard wax! They have a lot of out doors doors fit and gear. They have everything from camp cook gear and hiking backpack, to new bikes and snowboards. They have mainly camping gear, rock climbing gear, outdoor clothing, and seasonally, snowboards/skis or paddle-boards and canoes. 10/10

I’m a big fan of the REI company and this location is no exception. The staff is always super helpful, and will leave you alone if you want to shop in peace. Their prices are good, they often have sales, & then there is the dividend at the end of the year. Which make their quality gear a good deal.

Went to my first garage sale today. The staff was pleasant and helpful. One item didn't have a price but they quickly remedied that. I will forever be a customer.

Great place to shop for outdoor gear. They also have many other things to choose from too. You can tryout a backpack or other tools and gear before buying too.
I stopped by to pickup an item due to being backordered online and the cashier was friendly and helped me out. She matched the price when I placed the order.
REI has an one-year return policy that includes Garmin watches. If anything goes wrong, it can be returned for another one. Consider buying your gear here for the one-year protection.

The bike shop is awesome! Even though they were busy, they acknowledged me and did not keep me waiting long. The techs are very knowledgable and look for the simplest solution to get you back on the trails fast.

If you're in the need for a backpacking pack look no further. Cheryl's customer service was top notch. She is very knowledgeable and will get your fit right.

Outdoor supply store with high end selection. Excellent service and options. Get membership, one time fee is good forever. Provides discounts, better return policy, annual coupon for 20% off, etc. Definitely worth it.

My gym friends told me about this wonderful place with all the gear one needs for most outings. Didn’t buy anything, just looked.

Helpful and friendly staffs. I was in a rush and I needed some thing important for my trip. I only had 3 hours until my departure time. I got here early and entered the store when it’s just open. I explained to them my situation and they gathered everything I needed within 30min. Hooray.

This store has some of the most professional and knowledgeable employees around. I just had to return a pack here and decided to upgrade to another. The gentleman who helped me was awesome. He even stayed to help me choose a new pack even though he was off work 15 minutes earlier. The gentleman at the counter made the exchange easy and hassle free. Thank you REI employees who helped me today. You guys are are awesome!

I was using another place for my bikes near this location. A buddy of mine told me to try out REI.

I did today. Wow. They understand customer service, we’re very courteous, and did outstanding work.

I am now a lifetime customer to REI.

Amazing experience with the bike shop. Really great and helpful people, and much better prices than at local bike stores.
