She perfectly recommended different shirts e.t.c that would fit together. And she was extremely helpful, patient. Thank you !

The place was nice and had great music playing store was kept nice and clean. The one employee Emma (I believe that was her name not 100% positive) measured my husband and was super nice and very precise with his measurements. Will be coming back for a suit soon.

A very pleasant experience picking up a couple of ties and a shirt. Very helpful staff and amazing prices with exceptional quality clothing. Just wish dress shoe maker's went up to 15! I will be back for sure.

We received amazing service from the knowledgeable staff at Frank’s!
We went within hours of homecoming and found two shirts and a tie that we all could agree on, which is saying a lot.
Good amount of stock in the store, so we had options.
The young man who greeted us & offered his expertise was much appreciated. He measured my son, gave him color options for dress shirts and gave helpful, polite and professional feedback all while answering our questions and looking for my sons size on the floor clothing racks for other items that would look nice for the occasion and letting us know which were close in size as well.
Not being especially educated in this type of clothing, I found the prices to be fair & very up to date and stylish.
We will definitely return & recommend others to go to this local business first, well worth it.

The best place to shop for men's clothes in town! Super helpful staff, great selection and conveniently located downtown. We now make this our first stop. They have formal, dressy, casual and anything in between. And so many ties!

Always greeted with a smile, and offered assistance if I need it, never pushy and always offer and honest opinion if I ask. Love the shoes I bought there. Their definetly pricey, but you get what you pay for, and it's high quality to say the least.

Wow wow wow at the selection! As a big guy, it's difficult to find local shops with clothing in my size - but Frank's had a huge selection of multiple clothes up to 8x! The lady who helped me was fantastic, knowledgeable, and made me feel very welcome and valued. I'll be going again for sure!

You will receive the best customer service at Frank's. They will help you get fitted into some nice dress attire. Don't waste your time looking anywhere else. The owner is super knowledgeable and spent time with withhelping me, even after closing hours. Go to Frank's!

This is the type of store that illustrates excellent customer service and a humble pride in what they do. I was greeted immediately upon entering, the store is awesome---clean, organized and had much to offer. My main goal was to get measured for a suit for my daughter's wedding (which is out of state). The owner is as friendly, sincere and hard-working as you could ever ask for. I was very impressed and I will be shopping there in the future! Just a quick note: they are moving into a better location in a few months. 5 STARS!!! Great job!!

Went in yesterday to get a suit. I spent a total of 10 minutes from the time I walked into the front door till the time I walked out. The staff there is AMAZING and have a very VERY strong skill set and know everything when it comes the dressing your best. Would recommend this place to everyone, super professional!!!

Went here a few weeks ago to buy dress clothes for a wedding that I had coming up. The lady helping me was very patient and helpful when I was attempting find clothes. I ended up buying one of her suggestions and was very happy with the fit. Highly recommended this place!

Excellent customer service and high quality clothing. We went here for a suit for my fiancé and they were able to order a different size than what was in stock. We've been back several times browsing for accessories. They provided great tips and history on style, as well as instructions for how to shine up the shoes he already had, instead of buying new. You will not find better customer service at another clothing store in town. I highly recommend Frank's and we will be back.

Really great place to find men's clothing other than Sears. The quality of the clothing here surpasses anything Fairbanks has, along with the knowledge of the management staff making for what I feel a come back experience. Reasonably priced as well. Fairbanks is very fortunate to have this men's store.

The #1 thing I can say about Frank's Menswear, is they are top-notch when it comes to customer service. Helene (apologies for spelling!) was able to assist me with what I needed and got me fitted for some dress shirts that fit perfectly. Beth & Kassidy were both excellent overall -- they made sure I got everything I needed and made some great recommendations for shirt and tie combinations. This will be my go-to location for all my menswear needs in the future!

P.S. - Thanks for all the winter-driving tips. Those were pricless!

Went in with my other half today in hopes of finding him a suit. Gabriela had us in and out in 30 minutes with a perfectly fitting suit. We were surprised by the vast selection and happy with the price point. We will be back to look over the shoe selection when we have more time. Thanks for providing a great place for Fairbanksans to get quality clothes for men.

FANTASTIC! What a great selection of clothing, there is nothing like it in town. Customer service, whether it's in a restaurant or retail store, is an art. These ladies possess it in spades. Friendly is an understatement. I was immediately helped by a woman named Gabriella, she measured me for my shirt and began putting together colors and styles that were perfect together. She has a great eye for colors and accents, and she even took my eye color into consideration when choosing my tie. And what great prices!! It didn't hurt that she was heartbreakingly gorgeous. Thank you so much!! I will be buying all of my clothes here from now on.

I just love Frank's. There is always someone there to help you out, it isn't a huge place l, but the selection keeps you busy enough to enjoy yourself for a while, and they always keep cycling their stock so you can find new things. They also have a military discount which is always a wonderful cherry on top. The only "negative" comment is that they do suffer that ubiquitous shortage of sizing options for average builds. I.e. I have had a hard time getting 16.5 34/35 dress shirts with them; if you can wait they will be happy to order the appropriate color if they are out of stock.
