The public needs this store to open an hour earlier, at 7am every day. There’s plenty of morning traffic with few options in the area. The store can be supported with enough area traffic an hour earlier.
Even the other Lombard Walgreens at a less trafficked location opens by 7am.

Ramah, the pharmacy intern, is always respectful, pleasant, and knowledgeable when counseling me on my meds! It’s always nice to have a friendly face waiting to help me with any of my questions and concerns.

I habe been visiting this Walgreens here in Villa Park on east St. Charles for about 15yrs and has always had a pleasant experience with their pharmacy but the clearks inside could be more friendly to all customers not just some.

I had a very pleasant experience at the checkout on Saturday 9/22. I had dropped of a prescription to be filled for later pick up and need a few vitamins as well. The clerk name Josh was professional and kind to me on others at the register. He makes a routine transaction into a reason to choose this Walgreen's over several others on my path.
I came back on Monday 9/24 expecting to p/u my prescription. I was informed at the pharmacy that there was a hold up on the order by my insurance. The pharmacist explained that they were trying to resolve the issue directly with my doctor! Very nice, saving me the call and work. I could tell the Pharmacy staff were very busy but they took care of my issue well and I am thankful. I will be back.

Anyone who complains about this pharmacy is at fault. They are great at what they do and are very quick if you are polite. Don't play games with the people in charge of your meds.
