Eva the pharmacist is amazing! I came in a few minutes before closing and she jumped up and helped me with my vaccine questions. I have always had great experiences there and Eva is the icing on the cake!

Helpful staff, nice and clean store. The pharmacy most times will have meds ready in a short time. Just a small GM section so may not be able to find what you need.

Forget to mention on my review. When my prescription is ready. I receive a text message with a link. You can click on the link and see how much it will cost!

Couldn't remember the pharmacist name. He his awesome at what he dose and will try to save you money when picking up your meds. His name is Brent.

I was getting snacks and but I didn't have enough because it was 11 dollars. I had 10. This guy came up to me and said "here let me scan" I was confused. But then it was a discount. I was so surprised

The self check out is always out of service.

This location has been constantly changing there closing time or have been frequently reducing there hours.
So often when in need of a quick stop to the pharmacy and thinking there open at there time posted.
Then when you show up, they always seem to have a new sign posted with different hours. Its a great and convenient location when open. Just often times ther closed when needed.

Stopped in last night looking for body wash applicator, I didn't see one and asked an employee who didn't say much and walked away from me. I saw him 5 or 6 aisles away and he said his manager could help me once she finished checking out the 6+ person and growing line needless to say I left.

The pharmacy staff at this pharmacy are fine people. This review, in no way, reflects on the people who are futilely trying to keep up. They can't manage the drive thru, counter, filling, immunizations, and everything else I observe them doing as I wait. This review is for CVS the company. It takes more than a week to get a prescription filled. The phones are not answered because there is literally no one available to answer them. That is just not acceptable. The app is aways having issues. Get it together. If my insurance didn't force me to CVS, it would go off my radar.

This is absolutely weird for me to leave a review for a pharmacy. I used to like coming to this pharmacy even though they do have the checkout where you can check yourself out but if you really need a person you'll be waiting a while for someone to respond and come and help you but what really kills me is they had a sale on something and I brought it up to the register, and Clerk said that it was no longer on sale and I said. Well, it has a sale sign on the shelf and then she said, well I guess I forgot to pull the sign down and then she asked me if I still wanted and I said no, If it's not gonna be on sale and I felt she was very arrogant when she said she's gonna pull the sign. So I call back the next day. I spoke with a supervisor and he honored me the sale price, which is what she was supposed to do because it was their mistake since they did not take it off-the-shelf with the cell price on it. What kills me is what was she gaining, not by giving me the saleprice. You think she would know that you honor the sale price when it's their mistake. She has been working there a while but it keeps me from going back in there. It was a big turn off. I'll go to Walgreens on 85th even though CVS is five blocks from my house. One more thing, I forgot to mention when I was back in the back of the store buying a greeting card. She was back there, watching me like she thought I was a shop lifter little does she know I make 10 times more than she does on her little wage I bet. I've been at the company I've been working for for like almost 30 years and I'm a grown adult 57 years old and I don't need to be steal at CVS. The store is an absolute a joke and they need to get more fully staffed.

Just close this pharmacy. It’s been over 6 months since I was able to get a prescription filled in less than 3 days. Every single one gets delayed. Would not recommend to anybody. Negligent behavior by CVS to allow a place to run like this.

O. M. G. I Love CVS because they have good pharmacists and good customer service (usually), but this store is THE WORST!

Urgent care sent over a prescription on a Saturday because I was very sick. I come here an hour later to pick it up, there's a long line and one pharmacist working. She hasn't even seen my script yet. She kindly apologizes and says she'll have it ready in a half hour. I wait in my car (because I'm sick and don't want to make other people sick) and 30 minutes later I go to the drive-through... now they are closed for lunch!

Never again. I know lots of places are short staffed, but this is below minimum. Shut down the store if you can't handle the traffic.

Tried 4 times today to get through to the pharmacy, went through the numerous messages and pressing numbers, waited on the line for about 10 minutes each time. NO ONE ANSWERS.
EACH TIME hung up, called again, went through
all the prompts to get the front. FINALLY a live person answered and said the Pharmacy was probably very busy and wanted to transfer me to the pharmacy.
Told her they don't answer!
She pleasantly told me I should come in and someone could probably get to me!
I asked for managers names, she told me, but wanted to transfer me again to the NEVER ANSWERED PHARMACY PHONE!

IS THERE A DISTRICT MANAGER WHO CAN GET THIS STORE STAFFED PROPERLY!?

Is there a way to email or text a district manager who would actually respond or are they this dangerously under-staffed also?
