AT&T Store

Me and my husband visited the store earlier today and Alejandra welcome us with a great smile. She helped us to select a phone based on our requirements and the budget! She is extremely knowledgeable and clarified all our doubts properly! Thank you Alejandra. I will visit this store again and I recommend this store to everyone. 😊😊😊

I walked up to the door at the same time that Samantha was posting the "Out to lunch" sign. She saw the disappointment on my face and immediately opened the door and asked how she could help. She then invited me in and spent the next hour transferring all of my data from my (very old) iPhone to my new Google Pixel. Samantha is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and had a great attitude throughout the whole process (even though she postponed her lunch). Honestly could not ask for better customer service. Thank you, Samantha!

I was having trouble with my iPhone so I took it here. I thought it would be a quick exchange, but Mario went into great detail on how much I could save on my plan. I have so much more benefits and savings and he’s an expert on screen protectors and accessories. That was probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Thank you very much. Highly recommend.

Our day on vacation started out quite stressful with a phone that wouldn’t turn on. We brought the phone to this store and Mario and Phoenix were so kind and understanding. They helped us troubleshoot the phone until it finally turned back on. We decided to upgrade both of our phones while we were there and Mario and Phoenix were so dedicated in getting us the absolute best deals. We left that day with 2 new phones and 2 new watches. We can’t thank Mario and Phoenix enough for their kindness and dedication!

Mario was great and took care of the issue that I had fast, effectively, and efficiently. He even caught an error on my bill and saved me some money. Highly recommend to come to this location for any services that may be needed.

Me and my family went around town in circles trying to find a AT&T that was helpful and we finally found it here Jason was so helpful and when we came in to upgrade just my phone, we ended up walking out with three brand, new phones, and chargers we got cases and screen protectors. we thought we were going to end the day with no new phones but because of Jason we walked out with great deals and brand new phones.

My wife and I met with Mario to do our iPhone upgrades. Mario was outstanding and even stayed later to make sure we were 100% satisfied and taken care of. AT&T needs to hire more people like Mario! Thank you for helping us out and given us a GREAT experience. You are am Allstar Mario!

By far the best experience. Typically going in for phone repairs is a hassle. This time I decided to give this new store a try and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service and overall simplicity of the transaction. Jason Isquierdo efficiently resolved a calling issue I had and provided me with enough detail that I understood why the issue was occurring in the first place. I’m super happy I stopped here and I would definitely recommend this store to a friend/ family member. Thank you!

Hidden Gem! I came in with multiple issues I needed help addressing, and Jason Isquierdo did everything in his power to resolve them all, and even helped with follow-up as needed. Parking is tough but the staff are worth the effort.
