Really nice distributor that took me awhile living in the area to visit. Large, well lit and staffed and intelligently organized, it's always a pleasant experience. And the large selection of craft beer, including many local breweries, is an added benefit.

This is the best beer store on route 8. Wide range of craft beer and the staff is always friendly.

The new owners have turned this into the best beer destination in the North Hills. They have an enormous selection of craft beer, including local favorites, as well as all the alternative beverages (seltzers, hard lemonades, etc) you can imagine. Their make-your-own six pack selection is solid, and they always have a great seasonal display.

New management, awesome selection and service! Don't let the current low rating fool you that was the old owners.

Great place, awesome staff, chill and friendly environment. Fantastic selection and frequently have specials, tastings, giveaways, food trucks, and more. It’s the only place my husband and I go, unless they don’t have what we’re specifically looking for which is rare but happens because they’re popular and/or can’t stock every beer in America.. Really terrific selection of Pittsburgh craft beer, as well as stuff from around the country, and massively easy to get to off route 8/William Flynn. Stock was mostly pretty fresh too, so they're keeping stuff turning. The only improvement would be to add a nice section of sours, but I get the sense they're not popular here yet.

Now under new ownership. They just opened again this week. I agree with most other reviews that it was bad under the old ownership. Made my first trip since the new owners took over today and it is great! Completely remodeled, much better selection, and everything is well marked. I saw some things that are hard to find around here. Prices were on par or less than any other place around here. This is my new go to beer store in Hampton!

Outstanding selection of craft and at the right price. I’m here once or twice a week. Skip the c-store beer stop, come here, it’s convenient.
I must add that it’s a family friendly atmosphere. Basketball for the kids, craft soda, and the staff is extremely friendly with kids.

So happy to see what the new management has done to this place. They have a huge selected of craft beer and a lot of local beers as well. It's nice to have a one-stop-shop nearby for my favorite local beers instead of driving around to each of the breweries. Their twitter posts are also a great way to get notified of new beers in stock.

The new management has done a fantastic job. Hampton Beer outlet has become our new favorite beer distributor in Pittsburgh. The selection is great and if you like craft beer, they have just about everything including TONS of local beer.

New owners. Huge selection and good prices. If you're looking for something special, there's a good chance they have it. I've taken my 3 year old in a few times and they've been great, giving him IC light sunglasses and steelers koozies. I won't go anywhere else

1. Much better lighting, you can actually see things.
2. Organized, you can actually find things.
3. Helpful, friendly employees. Not angry people who laugh when you ask for a beer that is not Coors or miller.

This is THEE place for craft beer. Great selection of local stuff as well. My husband and I call it the beer lovers version of a toy store! Huge improvement from what it was a few years ago. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful too. Love this place!

Hampton has some of my all-time faves! I never visited the previous beer store, but this one is undoubtedly better. The brand new selection of local crafts is so fun! Love this place.

The overall score is misleading as it’s an aggregate of the “old” Hampton Beer and a few months of the “new” Hampton Beer. The new management has done a great job of revamping this store with much better selection, friendlier staff, etc, but will have an uphill battle to shake the image of the old management/employees.

Give this place a shot if you’re in the area as I was very impressed with the turn around.

This place is just wonderful. All of the employees are helpful and friendly. The place is incredibly clean and to top it all off the beer selection is like none I have ever seen. Definitely my new beer store!

I can't believe how much better this place is under new management. It use to be so depressing. Now it's cleaner and better lit and and the staff seems way friendlier. They don't charge extra for cold beer anymore. Love it. Keep it up!
