The worker was very helpful and calm in big rush and he helped everyone in timely manner with good attitude

I see a ton of reviews of people crying and complaining about the guy that works there, I have never had an issue with him and I go in there pretty regularly. Cut the guy a break, not everyone is going to do their job with a smile on their face

I just started a small business and need to ship things often, several times there was a nice older gentleman named Paul who was very kind and smiling and helpful. It was a smooth transaction, quick and easy and I'll definitely be back to do more buisness.

Reading the comments, it sounds like this Paul guy should be fired. As far as my experience goes, it was quick, painless, and about a half hour shorter than I was prepared for. I came in and was greeted by a nice gentleman whose name I did not catch. He was friendly and informative. I did not even need to stand in line. I had my label, he told me to tape the box, and he grabbed a sleeve from the back. We got the label on the box and he told me he would handle it from there and to have a wonderful day. What a pleasant experience it was. Would recommend this store to others; maybe sans Paul after reading some comments though.

PS to all of you idiots on here. It is your responsibility to pay for and ensure packages are properly packed, including peanuts and the like.

Despite being busy, the UPS staff members including Paul are very efficient. I am very pleased with their customer service. Paul always handle my return and he is always helpful. I highly recommend this store.

I went on a monday morning to return a package and had a very quick and easy interaction with the woman working there. I don't know who Paul is but I hope he's alright.

Impossible to cover the details of assistance received on this Saturday. Assist with label printing patience through my errors and support to try again . Simple ending because of K.B and her kindness in this complicated several pieces mailing. B.D managed other customers swiftly while K.B continued to unravel my mailing issue. Thanks so much . I was in there one day when they were shipping a Chagall print. A birthday present I was sending was shipped with the same care, delivered on time, and I didn't have to worry about it being left outside their door. Good job!

I work out of town a lot and have to ship both my tools and supplies almost everytime I go somewhere. I had trouble carrying everything in and they didn't skip a beat offering to help me. They were a lifesaver after the long day I had. Thanks guys

The store is often busy, but I've generally found the staff to be friendly, efficient, and competent.

I've been there many times - even a few days before Christmas with a long line - and always found the staff helpful and pleasant.
