Giant Eagle Supermarket

I got my dinner from Giant Eagle before I went into work. It was good although, they did not have what I really wanted, which was white rice with shrimp over the top it looked really good when I seen it the first night I went to get lunch went back the second day and they had none at all. I got red lobster, cheese biscuit breaded shrimp and chili salmon, green beans and rice, the second day I went back I had shrimp linguine, asian mixed rice, I got raspberry lemonade, and limeade juice drink with limon lays potato chips with chocolate pudding cake, which was made with a little too much chocolate for me.

I did a curbside grocery order. Everything I needed was in stock and my shopper, Nicholas, did a great job filling my order and so did the man that brought it to my car.

this is a quality giant eagle beer,wine and Starbucks in the front entrance and located near bus line. got my new years day meal here i was satisfied i will make this one of my permanent stores.

Friendly and upbeat cashiers. I went to Michelle, Darlene, and Janet this month. All three of these ladies are professional, friendly and give all around great customer care!

Label a grocery store. I have never had a complaint or a problem while shopping here staff is always nice willing to help with anything. Pharmacy has a business hour that is very flexible and they also just put a Starbucks in there for those who love their Starbucks.

Store was well stocked and clean. No waiting in line to check out.

I like how convenient this Giant Eagle is. It has a Starbucks, a decent sized bakery, wine, and the normal decent selection of products a GE has. It's close to a gas station and a few restaurants.

Have everything you need always stocked neatly

This is a nice big Giant Eagle with all of your grocery needs. Has a great produce section and always fresh fruit and vegetables. The new girl on the register charged me twice for my asparagus and held up the line for almost 10 min because she wasn’t authorized to void out a different mistake she had made and had to wait for the manager to come clear it out before they would even accept my money.

I never have issues here, always friendly and I'm in and out they have good employees and they help you right then and there if you need it , I like that they remodeled it at the entrance and exit , also the pharmacy workers are very nice and fast!!

They are extremely friendly and helpful at Giant Eagle. The problem is that they have so much to choose from.

Nice store seen our first black Santa here, staff is nice patient and kind. The one day my kid had a meltdown bc they were out of maple ham the girl was training but was very understanding and patient. Next day I returned and thanked her with a plant. They didn’t have rapid covid test in stock though. Bought my mom a little Christmas tree which was very nice but a few days later I noticed my cat caught a tick probably from the tree because she’s an inside cat.

The Pharmacy staff is always polite and respectful. The store is big with normal GE prices. It can get busy in an instant but it is very convenient because it is on my way from job to job. Great place to stop and grab a money order if you have the need.

This Giant Eagle in Kennedy Twp looked awesome when I was there this morning around 8am. It was clean, everything was stocked (most important this morning, all the coffee creamers were actually fully in stock!!!), and all the employees were pleasant!! Whoever is in charge today, you're doing a great job and Thank You!!! 👍🏽👍🏽

After shopping at another Giant Eagle for years and being treated like I didn't exist, the Giant Eagle in Kennedy is a welcomed and refreshing change. I recently went in to ask for boxes to be used to pack away some small items in our home I was treated to a person that worked in the produce department. This gentleman was eager to help me get the boxes I needed and even offered to help carry them to my car. Wow, how little does this happen!

Trying to get something from the deli at the old Giant Eagle was never easy. On more than one occasion I was the only customer at the deli while several deli workers were in a private conversation and would glance over at me as I waited patiently. The final straw was one evening when it took the deli clerk more than 10 minutes to cut a 1/2 pound of cheese and 1/2 pound of meat.

Not so at the Giant Eagle in Kennedy township. This group of deli clerks are friendly, professional, and efficient. I have never waited more than a few minutes to get served no matter how busy they are. They are pleased that I am at the store.

All the cashiers are friendly and efficient which makes for a great shopping experience.

I'm so glad I switched to this location. My only regret is that I didn't do so sooner. Thanks to all the hard working folks at the Giant Eagle in Kennedy township.

The pharmacy staff is wonderful. Pharmacist by name of zak has always gone above and beyond to help our family. I have 2 sons with medical issues. My 1 son takes medicine daily and there have been alot of issues with one of his doctors getting refills and things. Zak and the staff have gone way above and beyond-many times-to help resolve the issues and make sure my son has had the medication he needed.

I like that the store isn't too big (I'm looking at you Market District @ Seattle's Ridge) and I can get in and out with out having to search too much to find what I need. Fruits and vegetables are mostly fresh and are restocked quickly. Lastly, I like being able to checkout using my phone for both the Advantage Card and Samsung Pay so I no longer have to carry multiple cards.

Bright, clean, well stocked, great selection of foods & meats. Friendly helpful staff. Kevin, Deli Mgr. Is outstanding. Pharmacy staff is friendly and helpful.
