Market basket gave me a bad customer service experience rude non existent manners etc. what a difference buying here. Rare items? In stock. Homemade sausage and desserts? Fresh in stock. Wines, port, seafood salted cod herbs meat steaks ribs fish stuffies. Went in for a Christmas goose came out arms piled with extra goodies. Went back in and thanked the staff for turning my holiday food shopping experience from bad to good. Now I now where to go. You should too. Wonderful.

Product and service is A1. The owner is a gentleman and a master of his trade. I won’t go anywhere else for my butcher needs.

I’ve around the country a lot, and I’ll say this shop has among the best cut/grade ribeyes I’ve had the pleasure of purchasing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Super helpful and inviting staff. Jam packed but pretty clean. Most importantly, very good prices. Well worth the half an hour drive.

Bought a tomahawk steak here not only was it a great cut of meat but the butcher told me how to cook it and it came out perfect

This market is a gem! We were visiting NB on our boat; called to see what kind of prices they had on beef tenderloin. Excellent prices for some truly prime beef. PLUS Eric cut the beef & chicken to our order, wrapped everything individually and froze it for us so that we could put it stray into the boat freezer. Have been enjoying ever since! Thanks, Eric!!

Beautiful pork chops cut to order at very reasonable price. I also picked up some fresh cut stew meat and a couple ribeyes. They have a hot food counter, I purchased the very tender beef short ribs. It was worth navigating a ton truck through narrow streets. If it wasn't so difficult to get to with a large vehicle, this would be my go to shop.

This place was awesome and had just about everything you need!! This was our first time here, after driving past it for many, many years saying we need to go there one day. They have chorizo that is homemade and it looked AMAZING as well as a variety of raw meats to select from and homemade cooked food!! On
Top of it all, it has seafood and a miniature grocery store and a huge wine cellar in the lower level. This place was amazing and we got a huge pork shoulder to make pulled pork with. Highly recommend this place

Stopped in here looking for a particular style of Sausage. The gentleman behind the counter Eric was cordial, friendly & polite both on the phone & in person. The shop is pretty huge with a wine cellar in the downstairs, food & grocery items on the main floor and pots & kitchen items upstairs. Eric was kind enough to let me try a few items before I got a whole plate of various hot lunch items. He let me try the braised Portuguese goat, and chichuron. I asked him to give me a plate of his top recommendations. All the items were excellent! Come here for friendly service & to fill up on great Portuguese food!

I bought a 11lbs prime rib roast for an event and it was delicious. Great service. Will definitely go back again. Precooked food looks awesome. I would love to see a menu though so I could get ideas of different to go items

Owners where fantastic, I needed a pig for Fourth of July and waited last minute to order, they were understandably considerate and friendly, inside is clean and organized, with an assortment of different Portuguese foods and medley, In 2 days I had my 60lb pig and chorizo, drove from Cape Cod to pick it up, I will be doing business here again as we are meat enthusiasts!!

Eric and his father are a dying breed. I true American icon. The butcher shop offers the freshest cuts of locally sourced meats. They have an amazing selection or prepared food as well as great choices of wine and wine making stuff. I have gone here for over 11 years and have never been let down. I refuse to buy meat from stop and shop and this place fills the void. Their service and knowledge of all things meat is second to none. We wish them all the best and rest assured if you need some prime cuts for the bbq then this place is for you

I cannot say enough good things about this place. There food is top notch, and as fresh as you can get, and the gentleman that owns it is just that, a true gentleman! What a great guy and a great shop. Already planning on a trip back there from the Cape and I just was there today. Service was excellent, food was superb,and the prices were extremely fair.

Stopped in last week. I was told by the butcher that the pork chops I was buying were the "best I have ever had." He wasn't lying. The pork was well marbled which resulted in a taste and juiciness beyond my expectations. My wife and her mom agreed. I will definitely be coming back.

This place serves the absolute best foods. Have purchased prime rib roast pork roast, cooked potatoes an multiple dishes it was all fantastic. The best part is they are a great hard working family that has pride in there product. Try it out you won’t be disappointed. Peter

Me and my family find ourselves at the butcher shop every week. The service is incredible, the family are all great people and the prices are amazing as well. Some of the best food ive ever bought to cook at home. Must try the pork chops and rib eyes!

Best marinated steak tips and ribs in town. Nice wine cellar and a little of everything. The food/ produce was fresh and the people are great. Reminds me of my vavo house as a kid.

I personally haven’t been, but my husband LOVES this store . And let me tell you...the food and meat he has brought home....oh my yes. It’s great to find a really great butcher shop nowadays. And this is it! The steaks were to die for. I seriously recommend the butcher shop. Awesome food. 😁👍

Very helpful and attentive. Answered all my questions about some hard to find meat products I needed. Cut everything up to order and labeled everything. Prices are reasonable with good selection!
