NO RESTROOMS.

Low to average service, bathroom sink was plugged, fried chicken looks stale (see pic).

They purposely make you pay inside and don't refund what you didn't use.

Firstly, the pump ran out of gas, and I had to tell him I needed to change pumps and he stated that he switched it and it'll refund the rest, so I fueled up and got my card charged $87. Half a month later, I noticed that I never got refunded "$16", so I came to them and talked to the manager he said it's too late and he "Can't access his machine," which is full of baloney and then he talks about something with the bank not giving the money so theyre just lying at this point.

I have bad experiences with 7-Eleven. They always scam you or over-charge you in any way possible with out you noticing. I try to avoid this corporation , but I didn't realize this was a 7-Eleven, and I got robbed.

Went here for low advertised gas prices on gas buddy and found they were way off. Updated the price on the app myself and a few hours later I checked the prices I had updated only to find the prices were changed again to the lower price. Someone is yanking ya.

Such bad customer service. I have only gone inside 2X since you pay and gas up yourself but both times I felt like I was just bothering the attendant. Last night I asked for a carwash with the 20 cent discount per gallon purchased and I was scolded by the attendant saying I should have purchased it at the pump with my gas purchase. Needless to say I walked out and not bothered. I certainly will not be coming back.

Purchased a carwash and after being charged $10, learned it was not working. Went in to get my money refunded and the clerk refused. Been going here for 15 years. Never again.

BEWARE - Anyone in the Roseville / Citrus Heights area needs to steer clear of the Chevron/7-11 on Whyte Ave. by the old KMART. Ran my new Chevy through their car wash in late August and it scratched the snot out of the paint job. Right after it happened I notified the owner as to what happened. He had his insurance investigate and after weeks of going back and forth surprise! They say that it couldn't have been done by their car wash. One problem, IT DID DO THE DAMAGE, the car was perfect before it went through and now has many scratches and swirl marks. Not light either, I hope I can rub out most of them..... I will NEVER frequent this business again and I warn you that if you use the car wash here you are taking a risk of getting your cars paint JACKED UP and no one wants to take accountability for it. Lesson learned and one lost customer for over 25 years. Friggin BS!!!

We went to the gas station and the sign said 3.49 so we thought ok. I got inside the 7 11 and the workers didnt pay me attention. I went outside and the buttons you press say 3.70. Needless to say i dont like it and i recomend you dont go there. EVER
