I am so grateful for the store manager Silva Hagopian and the pharmacist I believe her name is Gayane. They were both very helpful and extremely patient. I was having problems with my insurance company on one of my medications and if it wasn’t for them, I would have been out of this very important medication. The service they provided to me was nothing but exceptional. Thank you both.

Have always had good experiences here when I shop in the store. When I've hit a button for Cust Svc, someone always shows up very quickly.

Of all of the locations I've visited, the pharmacy at this CVS is easily the best. The pharmacist, Pierre Narvades is professional, polite and helpful. He obviously paid some attention to my record, going so far as to ask/recommend I add an additional vaccine to my visit. The rest of the store is typical for CVS...not particularly attractive with its dark, dated looking carpeting and uninspiring layout. The Porter Ranch location seems a little larger than some others. At any rate, I will happily continue using the pharmacy here.

Kim was helping me today at the counter. Just about closing time for lunch and she took care of my prescription. Very good customer service and appreciate the extra effort. Hard to find a dedicated professional like this!

I was 100% not going to get the Covid-19 vaccine but after speaking to my doctor's, I made my appointment with my CVS, the staff I completely trust with my health & any concerns. I had my 1st shot on July 2nd & my last shot July 30th with no complications, no sore arm & zero side effects. Just a small side note, I'm terrified of needles & both shots I didn't even know that I had already received my shot!
I truly hope CVS employees that stand out do receive the correct feedback that is equal to given review.

This is a great CVS! It is located in the shopping center located next to Ralph's, Starbucks and plenty of great food spots like In and Out. The store is well stocked and super clean. The pharmacy is usually busy so go with plenty of time and patience. The employees are nice and helpful. This is my go 2 CVS. Go check them out.

This CVS is spotless and beautiful! The staff is kind and helpful! The variety of products are endless! Great experience!

I love this cvs! I can always find what I need and their shelves are always stocked. I praise the employees Jonah, Steph, and Shelby, Tippy 🖤 love them always super nice. There will sometimes be a line but it dies down quickly once backup cashier is called.

I don’t understand all these 1 stars, I have been going to this branch of CVS for few years now and I had nothing but pleasant experience with pharmacy staff and cashiers. Helpful, friendly and professional.

Best cvs I always go here idk about the pharmacy because i never go there but everything else is the best theres self checkout but you will probably only see 1 cashier everytime which is no problem because there is self check out too.

This place is usually busy but the staff there are excellent. Especially Shelby. Like all businesses they get swamped sometimes but if you're not too impatient or self important you'll see that they are hard working and do their best to help you.

Never had any problems here with medication or the staff either 😭

I’m going to be completely honest, this place is beyond under employed. When you go here there will probably just be one cashier. Though when it comes to the quality of the store it’s great! They have a great variety of gift cards, they even have items like teddy bears.
