Ross Dress for Less

When I need decent shoes at a better price, I find what I need usually at the first, if not by the 2nd Ross store I go to. The security there is turned up pretty high, so could we stop stealing from these people maybe? Then maybe they can unclench a bit.

So... I've been to just about every Ross in San Diego County... Certainly one of the Wifeys and kids favorite places... One tends to expect to receive mediocre or even fare Customer service in exchange for being able to pay 50% or more Off retail price... So, I was kinda thrown a curve ball when when The Fitting room attendant lady greeted us with a smile and complimented to my wife how pretty she was and that she thought she'd look great in the outfit she was going to try on. When my wife came out to show us, I put in my smile and told my wife she looked great... I know better than not to being her husband. The employee Sonya took a look and said something along the lines of maybe a different top would go better and that she knew the perfect one... She came back with a top that my wife would usually probably not wear. However, Sonya gave her the confidence to try it and at our last house party get together. She received countless comments on how beautiful she looked... Needless to say, that Vista Ross is now our one and only Ross now... Sonya is now my wifes new unofficial Outfit consultant and has also now become a new friend! From what I can see, this is how she tries to treat all of her customers... And I am a happier man because of all this! Thank you Sonya!!!

I like the antitheft employee with curly hair, he always greets everyone with a smile at the entrance. All employees are polite but he smiles. The store is clean and has really neat items at reasonable prices. 👌

I can usually find what I'm looking for. And the employees are usually helpful and friendly. I got some sweaters that have brought lots of compliments.

I always find little treasures in this place. The store was neat and clean and the associates were helpful. The store was not overly crowded. There are only a certain number of patrons allowed in at once.

Good store to find treasures from food, clothes, shoes, cosmetics, perfume, kids stuff, candles, paintings, kitchen wares, to other home goods. Good, helpful staff at the store at all times. We have been going to this store for years now, and always find good deals coupled with good customer service. Return policy is generous with option for store credit, that never expires. Our go-to store for anything outside of daily grocery, that Aldi covers well!

Cheap nice clothes they even have the shoes hoka for under $100.

Go during weekdays less people. Staff friendly.

I like this Ross because it has a little different kind of stuff. Every Ross has unique products that come in and out. But what makes this place very unique is its staff. I wish I knew the girl who helped me with a smart watch. She looks like she works at the return desk by the jewelry. She was so nice and respectful. She told me the ins and outs. And the pricing of the smart watch. You don't see that genuinely friendly demeanor. If I find out her name, I will update this post!

I went there yesterday it was wonderful! You can find clothes for low prices but good stuff. Michaels cost more the 20$ for Easter stuff but here it’s 10 dollars less! Love this place!

Don't even get me started roos is LIFE everything is priced so well and everything is so high quality! It's the only place now a days where you can get good and affordable clothing go to any ross store RIGHT NOW!

Good clothes and a good price

I'm always looking for a deal on dresses. The plus sizes were super ugly to me. But I know if I keep going back. I'll find some good stuff.

A little bit of a cluttered store with generally allot of traffic flow. But overall a good location to shop at. Wide variety of items and as always a good amount of deals to be found

The staff are always very friendly and nice. I can never find anything for myself but my daughter and wife enjoy shopping here.
