I stop here often in the mornings for a black rifle and the woman working the counter is absolutely amazing.
This place does NOT want to lose her. She always has everything so clean, the food hot and ready to go.... her demeanor has made my day better many times.

I gotta say I really do love working here. The customers are awesome. They make my job more enjoyable and i look forward to coming into work everyday. I work second shift and I wouldn't change it for nothing. I want to thank each and everyone of you for stopping by our store. You all ROCK !!!!

Really were Fast and Friendly , even before 6 in the morning lol.

Nice employees and fast service

I go here early morning sometimes because there breakfast items are cheap and good for the price if you want something to go. The B&G does go quick. If they would invest some money into the store It would be really great place to stop.

It was just another convenient store

I go here when I crave chips or pop. It always has a super strong smell of rancid cooking oil. And their debit credit card machine is always down for some reason.

Very rude service the old lady on night shift was so racist to me kick me out from store just because I'm Mexican and call the police me and my wife record it I hope someone can help to get ride out of people like her from registrars she even go today to my wife work and insult her on from of people

Rude heartless employees! Money is money. Clerk this morning, she refused to count a guys change told him they dont except it. She Even called the cops!!! Sometimes thats all someone has. Doesn't take long to count change out. Thank goodness there was a kum and go close by. The woman there said it took only 45seconds to count his change. Fast and friendly needs to be changed to" Fast and Rude"! You all for sure lost several customers after that dispatch call was placed. You should be Ashamed to have such employees represent your company.

Staff member called the police because someone asks to pay with pennies? I'm sure that call wasted the Police Departments time and more time than it would have taken to count change. Customer service is horrible. Hopefully the owners see this because they're nice people from what I'm told just not keeping an eye on their employees that are using drugs in the parking lot and treating people badly.

Clerk working today (Aug 22 2021) won’t accept my pennies as a form of currency and called the cops for me getting upset due to the clerk telling me they wont accept my hard earned money if it is pennies. THATS ALL I HAVE! Sorry that I’m not fancy enough to have bills, I worked hard to scrape this money I have together in order to get gas.

I use to love going here. But lately some of the employees have become lazy and very rude. I went to the store with my dad and he went in the store before me. As i was walking in my dad was asking if they had change for 100 dollar bill. My dad was kind of upset because the cashier (Julie) wouldnt even look to see if she could break the money and she said i can't. When i got up to the counter my dad had already walked out and the cashier (Julie) said "F### him" i could not believe what she had just said. I told her she should not talk about any customers at her job like that. I will no longer go to this gas station until Julie no longer works there and someone appoligizes for her actions.

Was very rude a day makes me wonder why anyone would choose to live in Springfield. St. Louis and KC are far nicer and caring.. I would fire someone on the spot if they said "that's not my job". Very disappointing considering the issues they have.
