AT&T Store

Randy and Ben are great to work with. Unfortunately in the world of technology things don't always go smoothly. Took way longer then should have to switch from a competitor to AT&T. Really appreciated that Randy didn't let me leave until he was sure my phone and watch were working with AT&T. Which caused him to stay past the store closing. He also made sure my mom had the stores contact info for when her new phone comes in in case she needs help setting it up. These guys go above and beyond to make sure they are getting you the best deal. Highly recommend them!!

Randy and Ben stayed late to assist me with getting my mother a new phone. Got it activated and made sure that it worked before I thought about leaving. Great customer service. Great job guys and thank you.

Randy helped us out tonight. We had to transfer in a number in from another carrier, and experienced some issues with the automated online process.

Randy took the lead and executed the process from his system without any problems or hiccups. He answered all of our questions and even helped us acquire the required transfer pin from the other carrier.

On Saturday I was switching my service from a rival to att. And we ran into some problems with old service. Ben the employee was very help and took the lead getting the information we needed in order to switch my service. I was very happy with my experience. Would definitely go back for his assistance

I was having problems with iMessage and getting signed out of iCloud. Randy was able to help fix the issue. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this store.
