Love the smell of "Cheep Chicken" Monday! I would like to give a shout out to the deli staff that was serving up the chicken yesterday. There were only two behind the counter trying to cook and serve due to being short staffed. Since the chicken special is so popular, there was a long line. I commend them for staying professional. I know there were some impatient customers in line, but the staff was working very hard to serve everyone as quickly as possible. I appreciated the service they provided. They deserve a huge pat on the back!

Great customer service, and a great community behind it. I honestly felt bad for 3 people letting me go in front of them just for having 1 item, but I wasn't gonna let their goodwill go to waste. Thanks everyone!

Love shopping here. Employees are great. Always helpful. Rhonda is my favorite cashier. She always has a smile and is so cheerful. Brian is another favorite..always willing to help. Couteous and thoughtful. All cashiers and helpers never fail to ask if I would like help with my purchases no matter the size.

What a pleasant surprise to discover Jewel-Osco! Friendly, helpful employees, beautiful fruits, veggies and floral. Nice deli and baked goods. Great prices in the meat department. The prepackaged roast was super good crock pot dinner. Oh, they have a fabulous dried spice section! For an adult beverage? They've got that covered as well. I am most definitely Jewel-Osco hooked!!!

This store is always really clean, the employees are always very nice. It's always a good experience when I shop there.

It's a good store. Went thru some good changes. Well staffed and courteous. Keep up the good work. It's still the go to store. Prices are usually very good as is the quality foods.

This place has deals and specials that will save you every time!
And the produce dept can not be beaten. Simply the best place to get produce in town.

When I go to Illinois I usually stop at a Jewel. They sell certain products that I enjoy so I treat myself.🙂👍❤

Nice grocery store, lots of variety. Ordered a custom cake and it was delicious!

My husband and I shop here weekly. It’s a great little store. We like that it’s not huge like the big box stores.
We can get in & out, and not have to walk through a department store, appliance store, shoe store and whatever else the megastores add.

Loved it I am 15 and me and 4 other of my friends whent inside got 6 different Oreo flavors and a gallon of milk some red Solo cups and went to the park made a great story

Nice store. Good selection. Was impressed they still have a dedicated "bagger" at the checkouts. She even offered to carry my bags for me. I declined, but that kind of service is rare these days.

Went to the Osco pharmacy for my 1st Covid vaccine, was treated with complete respect. Very attentive, professional pharmacists,answered all my questions, made me feel very welcome, I absolutely appreciated the caring service

The Jewel in Silvis is clean, organized, and arranged well. The employees are friendly, helpful, and efficient. Grocery shopping is one of my least favorite tasks, but shopping at Jewel makes grocery shopping bearable and pleasant. I also appreciate my Jewel rewards and the Jewel app.

Love the new Starbucks inside. Jewel always has those items that no other store has. Huge selection of ice cream and hard to find sauces.

This location is always very clean and exceptionally organized. The shelves are so organized and well-stocked that you hate to take from it :-)

They were out of fresh corn tortillas but a very helpful employee showed me where to find the moussaka and explain to me how easy it is to make homemade corn tortillas. I'm going to try to make them tonight. Thank you helpful employee!
