Nice place to shop. Safeway Ross restaurants and more. Close to the beach where you c an walk stroll. Parking is available.also at the beach with reasonable fee if you stay more than 30min. U can watch surfurs or just spend time to relax at the beach.

I have been to hundreds of McDonald's and this one may have had the cleanest bathrooms and store. Staff nice and food...well...it's McDonald's. Cool is of new recycling silverware made of wood.

Pacifica Linda Mar Safeway is still a delight to shop at. This larger Safeway always more selection than the other Safeway's in Pacifica.

Very large store, probably the largest I have been in in the Northern SF Bay Area. Easy to park, electric vehicle charging while you shop, and wonderful selection

Has wide spread items. Had good shopping experience. Rest room is clean and well maintained.

Our favorite checker is Sebastian....he's really down to earth and very nice...always happy..not many staff in places lately that are as kind and happy as he is👍😺if he's there we go to his lane.

It's a Safeway, but it's my Safeway and I love it. And as a native New Yorker used to terrible grocery stores, I appreciate this place way more than I can justify. It is a grocery store but a good one. I also love the freebies and epic deals frequently made available through their app.

Safeway has gotten much better the pandemic made it really harsh and long lines but that's true with every business. Overall the Safeway is well stocked as well equipped with a bakery and deli a meat department. And it's located in a very nice shopping center. It's also handicap accessibility they have handicap parking right out in front they've recently redone their bathroom so they're very clean. And of course it's located in a very beautiful town Pacifica California

I think that this grocery store is kept clean, well stocked, and the prices are good. I wish that they had a better discount section sometimes, but they have wonderful hot food for sale in the deli from 6am-7pm daily. They must have THE BEST breakfast burrito and breakfast sandwich prices in town. I am grateful with the budget I have that I can eat hot and tasty food for such an awesome price. Thank you Linda Mar Safeway for your kind and hospitable ways. I have been frequenting this grocery store for a few months now and have gotten to know some of the employees. I appreciate Tiger because every time I go into the store he is sincerely greeting someone, or walking around placing a single flower at the registers. Nick is a big guy that is often stocking, bagging or getting carts. He was rather quite initially but has grown to be rather warm, kind & social. Rico is the deli guy that is humorous and kind and his mom Crystal is really nice. Robert is a bagger that I really enjoy saying hello to and making small talk, quite kind and social that guy. Oh I can't forget Jacqi, she is simply super kind and reminds me of a childhood friend named Danielle that that was one of the nicest females of my teenage years.

Great selection of organic foods. Love it. One of the few places where you can buy Amy's cheese pizza with a veggie crust, which is a great way to sneak in veggies to kids because they love that pizza.

The only reason I'm giving five stars is because the checker who was running the self-check area was willing to check me out there were only two other check stands open and there was a long line and she was willing to help me out I had minimal amount of groceries less than eight and a bottle of wine and I gave her back the wine and then she just said I'll help you out she was phenomenal she kept the sale that will keep me coming back to Safeway

This rating is strictly based on products and services. I was treated very well by staff when one of my products was broken and replaced it without question. However the bathroom gets -5stars. Smelt like homeless people had been living there and peed on all the walls leading up to the bathroom. Someone needs to hard core sanitize that hallway and bathroom.

Who doesn't know Safeway, and the excellent products they serve? And this goes for pretty much all Safeway's in Northern California!
They stand for, and by their freshness and tastyness of awesome products, known to all of us throughout the years.
Not only can you expect and count on getting first class "scrum diddly yumshes" all year around, and what ever goodness each season brings with it, they also introduce new products quite often, that's for all departments!
From produce, to the meat department, the frozen foods section, to the bakery, etc.
And this said, I can't give enough "thumbs up", to most all of the employees which are always ready to help their customers find items, even going as far as directly guiding them to their exact location. Or help you push your cart to your car, after checkout.
But what stands out to me with this perticular Safeway in Pacifica, and I go to this location when visiting my elderly aunt about twice a month,is how extremely friendly and helpful they are! And this thumbs up goes to the two nice managers that worked the afternoon on Thanksgiving, and helped me out at the customer service booth by getting my Western Union money send from my mother in Europe as an early holiday present. It was a significant amount as well, and we couldn't find another location, if our lives dependent on it, but of course it was a holiday!
This nice manager Lady that afternoon, even took a shorter, much deserved lunch breakfast to get me my money.
She was very polite and patient, always smiling, friendly, happy, very pleasant person, and I thank you for going above and beyond! And all this in Thanksgiving, when most of us are with their families, they are some that still have to work! This wonderful manager Lady had family at home too!
Again Safeway, management staff and all employees: Thank you so much for always being great, and making our Thanksgiving even greater by an unusual service done on a holiday!

It'll do. Anyone that comes here will rock if they are smart. It's the only shopping place in town. Sure its only a Ross but people must shop at 10pm. Pacifica is special and this place is great. We need more though.

James is the butcher in the meat department a simply amazing gives excellent customer service I enquired about the Tomahawk steak they didn't have any on stock or in hand he called and spoke to his manager till care of things called me back and let me know when the order would be in best customer service I've received from anywhere and a really long time it's nice to know that true customer service still exist.

Lovely cashier. Most people I've met in Pacifica are generally more relaxed and congenial than San Francisco. Must be living next to a beautiful ocean and xoast and having some distance from the rat race.

Great safeway, I live in Half Moon Bay and stop on my way home. Somehow the produce seems to be a little fresher. I wish they had the chicken pot pies the HMB Safeway makes, but you can't have everything
