Target

Clean, organized and had plenty of items in stock. Was surprised at seeing various toiletries such as deodorant and feminine care being behind locked shelves. But probably it’s a California thing. Enjoyed seeing the different products around the store.

My return was handled quick and fast, but I went in for batteries, was told what aisle the batteries were at, but when I got there the batteries were behind blocked glass. Had to walk all the way back and that's the same person to send someone to unlock the glass case for the batteries. People standing around at the electronics counter register reading their phones and not using their brains to engage with customers in any meaningful way. Less than bare minimum service back there. Customer service and regular cash register service people are always very helpful however. At least the store still mostly clean and put together.

We moved and I have shopped at two other Targets - which are fine.
I had an appt near Santa Clara and drove by Target on Coleman and remembered how much I really liked that store! Popped in - and was instantly in shopping heaven. It is a beautiful store...seemingly more spacious, better lighting, and the footprint of the store was conducive to shopping. The Staff was friendly. The Make Up Dept is very strong. Sales Racks were inviting ( as opposed to crammed with clothes falling off the hanger.)
I mentioned my happiness at shopping at this branch to the checkout lady - we both agreed it was superior to the stores south of SJ. Will seek out Coleman anytime I am even close...

The most fun part of stepping into Target - watching their mascot Bullseye conducting new shenanigans. Always a fun experience visiting this branch. Tip: skip the queue and use the self check out, their machine is pretty reliable at scanning items.

My neighbors are complaining about the store locking up products to prevent theft. I use curbside pickup, so I had no idea this happened! I don't even have to go wait in line at the pickup counter, I can sit in my nice comfy car.

Fresh yummy personal pan pizza sooooo goood! Food prices are lower than Safeway’s as far as I can tell. 1 lb of cherries $2.99 sale - 2 baskets of raspberries $5 bucks. Everything under the sun here plus friendly and helpful staff. Making this place my go-to for everything :P

I love this store. It's always clean, well stocked, bright, their staff are always helpful and it's so convenient to zip in get what you need and back out again. I'm home, Target is the best overall store for most shopping, head and shoulders above Walmart.

Being from out of town. I was totally lost, in the store. The employees were happy to assist, they were quick. They assisted me in getting a product that I needed and taken me to the register. Even directed me where to sit and wait for my Lyft. I was impressed.

They have everything you need their groceries close household items everything very clean store very neat employees are friendly very safe place a great store to have in San Jose

Always a good shopping experience at this Target store for food or merchandise. Always have had a good experience with returns and or replacements.

Really great experience at the Starbucks place the place is filled with lively people would definitely keep coming here

Clean, well organized, kind & helpful staff. I appreciate that Targets all have the same general layout so I can get what I need quickly, even though I'm in a completely different state. Heads up to being your own bags. There is a bag charge to get plastic bags. I totally respect that and think that may be a state thing. I didn't need one, but that is different than stores in my state, so just a heads up. :)

The customer service offered at checkout was extremely outstanding. KC made sure that the customers and their time is valued using his exceptional salesmanship skills. It would be minimal to say that he went greatly above and beyond to ensure customers are satisfied and will return to shop at Target again.

Quick and easy to grab what you want. Store is constantly being restocked which is a bonus

Great layout for a target. I get my prescriptions here, they always have my meds, super friendly staff, and I can browse target while I wait.

The only downside is that since it is a big shopping center there are a lot of solicitors and homeless that camp outside.

The pharmacy offers exceptional customer service. Prem (the pharmacist) and his staff are always professional, pleasant and helpful. I have used this pharmacy for years. I would not go anywhere else. 5 STARS

The gardening section at Target has a great selection of plants and outdoor decor. Prices are very reasonable and the staff is helpful.

This Target is stocked really well. The team members are very kind. You get checked out quickly. This Target location has a guest first mentality.
