I think they are professional ,dedicated and dependable. People have to show respect to the staff. It take a snake to know a 🐍 snake.They doing g good everyone deserves a pay raise. Customer service was very good when I do business 👌 at the store.Can say nothing but good things..Keep up the good work and please give them folks a raise for working in the hood. They got deal with hood people out side begging for money 💰.

I work for a Home Health agency and I had a patient who was in need of some supplies and we were crunching for time. Ms. Denise, who works at the front, was such an angel and took time out of her shift(while also attending to customers in the store), was able to get me all that was needed for the patient, and it was all done over the phone. It just goes to show that there is still a sense of humanity in this world because, she might as well have chosen not to help, but she did and was so sweet about it. Thank you Ms. Denise! :)

This CVS Pharmacy is the best. Everyone who works here is very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Glad to have found them. I also really like the reminder texts and updates you can sign up for to get your prescriptions. Thank you!

I had the best experience receiving my Covid Booster and flu shot at this location. Robert was very professional, kind and he made me feel very comfortable, as I was a bit nervous initially. The whole process was very quick and efficient!

This is the closest pharmacy to my house. I usually hate coming here, or to any CVS really. Everything seems overpriced. I understand that you pay a premium for convenience, but I usually find that a CVS ISN'T convient. Quite the always opposite. It seems to take forever to get out of there. I was standing in line today, thinking of these very things, behind an older gentleman who was really struggling through the checkout process. When I finally made it to the counter, I was irritated and not in a friendly mood. I wasn't rude, but definitely brisk and business-like. I was surely putting off a bad vibe though. The cashier, STEPHANIE, was amazing. She was super cool, not overly friendly. She insisted that I use my number to get the discount. I tried to resist, citing the time it would waste. She wouldn't hear it. She made it quick, saved me a buck fifty, but most importantly, she took that bad energy up off of me with her great personality. She changed my entire perception of this CVS location, from negative to positive. It was a clinic in exceptional customer service.

I am a loyal customer to this CVS the reason for that is because of the following. I always receive Amazing service from the store Manager Nery. He is very courteous and knowledgeable with all the questions that ive had over time . Great attitude and even though the location of the store is in a ghetto/ rough area the store it self has a positive atmosphere with a the staff radiating good vibes that's the reason i shop at this location only and have been a loyal customer hopefully the rest of the area follows suite and it improves the negative image.

I found what I needed and the CVS cashier was very friendly.
