Publix Super Market at Sandtown Crossing

Well I must say the Deli did a awesome job. I had already been to one Publix for a couple of subs I waited in line for almost 45min just to get to the counter an be told they ran out of bread..so I got on the ap ordered subs for this Publix an my order was not done when I got there because they also had ran out of bread..but the woman behind the counter said "What can I do to help"? She offered to use mountain bread? I said that would be great, even tho they were packing up an cleaning up she took the time to find everything I wanted on my sandwiches an we had a great conversation..I feel bad I can't remember the womans name that helped me cause I sure would've liked to call her out for her Great Customer Service skills..

Taheera Claxxon has always gone above and beyond to assist me .She’s at another location now but Sandtown Publix is where I first interacted with her. I have watched her countless times push carts work the customer service counter and work side by side with her employees on top of effortlessly assisting me as a customer with a great disposition
As was sad to hear she went to the Cascade Publix.

When I say this store exceeds my expectations! I love the new direction the store is going in. The employees are visible, shelves are stocked, and customer service is thriving. We see the changes and we appreciate them. Today I purchased helium for some balloons upon checking out one of the balloons got away from me and made its way to the high ceiling. It was gone I didn’t expect to get it back. Well, Taheera said no worries I can get it for you. I smiled because I didn’t think it was possible to retrieve. She used another balloon and was able to reach the mine. When I say she made my day she didn’t have to assist us at all. However, she jumped in and saved the day. My son is going to be so happy to have his bouquet of balloons for his birthday.

Very nice store with the newer layout for the deli a few items on the hot side that you don't normally see like the nashville hot tenders

Really enjoy Sandtown Crossing Publix customer service has always been a good experience. I would suggest to pre order sandwiches from the deli as there is always a line.

I have a great experience every time I go in Publix! Besides, the prices, being extremely high, everything in Georgia is high right now. I love Publix. I shop here often.

I was looking for an item that was not stocked on the shelf, the young lady at the customer service desk went to locate that item for me personally so I did not have to drive to another publix in the rain. I also purchased three indoor plants and they looked very well cared for. I can get with this type of service and I will frequent again.

I usually shop my local Publix but the other week I was traveling through the area to visit some friends for a barbecue and I needed some supplies.

My first order of business was meat and understandably I was hesitant, as I know my Publix very well and the meat manager there. I was standing there browsing my options when out of nowhere I was met with what appeared to be the meat manager of this store, a red haired individual by the name of Tony I believe.

This gentleman was one of the kindest and most knowledgeable employees I've ever had the pleasure of being helped by. He helped me figure out what would cook best on the grill and even made me hip to some cuts of meat I wouldn't have even thought of. Best of all he didn't even hesitate to go and cut my meat for me himself.

It's a shame I live so far out, because this is the type of service all Publix stores should share, though unfortunately I've found that not to be the case. Now with the knowledge this man gave me I'm going to go back to my local store with a better idea of what I'm looking for and how I want it cut.

The manager Jon ALWAYS makes things right. I'm very appreciative of his efforts to provide exceptional customer service and his willingness to listen to my needs empathically.

Plenty of parking, easy access, the store is clean, lots of selections, you can drop by and get lunch or dinner.

This is a very clean Publix. It's a little small but my shopping experience has been positive. The seating area is upstairs overlooking the entire store.

Thank you Publix for keeping a safe environment throughout Thanksgiving. Clean; fully stocked; and the same great service! Nice store, deli always well stocked with fruits and veggies. Lounge upstairs is a nice touch. Pricey, but isn't these days. Staff very helpful.

One of the few times I've been to a grocery store and the entire store looks like the illusion in the commercial. All shelves stocked super neatly, incredibly friendly staff, and it's organized! Deli was moving fluidly. Lines weren't long at all and I immediately made a mental note and this is definitely a store that I would visit (after bypassing something closer or cheaper) if I can get in and out in a hurry but still know that I'm picking up quality items in a VERY streamlined establishment.

This is an all-star Publix location. Their management team is outstanding and conscientious and, along with their staff make you feel at home.

Always has fresh fruit, helpful and kind staff, and Mango wheat blue moon.

My first time shopping at this Publix was today. The employees are great. Mya not only helped me find an item but she also checked me out and saved me $2 by reminding me to put my number in at check out. I would drive the distance to come to this one instead of Cascade any day. 10/10 will recommend

This publix location is a good one for me. The staff is usually kind and helpful towards me. It's clean and stocked.

Fairly uneventful but usually higher prices than other stores that I frequent.
